I went in crying because I had a tiny under aged kitten that was dieing. I had 0 money. They took the kitten from my care and said they would take care of him best they could. I have no clue if he lived. But thankful that they took him. I hope he's doing okay

The best place for animals very professional friendly and very clean if you looking for a place that don’t waste your time this is the place to bring your animals

I wouldn’t even give this vet a one star.
Reception staff is rude and does not give correct info. Told me that didn’t have my one dogs records come to find out they did. Gave me a quote over email then charged me over $200 more than the quote. Vet is impersonal. They only care about money, don’t go here. I also waited over two hours for my dog to be seen due to an emergency. Which is fine but why not call your customers!

We took our Shilo Shepherd to Silver Maple for vasectomy which in itself is a procedure that not many can do. And while he was there we ask them to also do a gastroplexy. They were great. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Dr. Caughlin was lovely. She explained everything and was fantastic with our Shiloh. We will be bringing our other Shiloh to her as well. Oh and Zuko is doing great post surgeries.

Unfortunately I feel like my dog was not given the best care was rushed through a nail clipping and his nails were cut too short and bleeding. The veterinarians are caring

My husband and I were in need of a veterinarian in a hurry, we were told by this veterinarian if we hadnt showed up when we did the outcome would have been much different, and we are greatful that he knows what hes doing and everyone associated with this office that we dealt with so far, are fantastic! They’re helpful, knowledgeable, CARING! Which isn't what you receive from most veterinary offices that I’ve already been to.

They’re just okay. Polite but whenever I have a concern or question, it seems they just automatically sell you the meds without really even checking on my concerns, or they don’t see any issues but still sell me the meds anyway. Every trip to the vet seems to cost min $150-200 regardless of what’s actually going on with my pet.

We are always apprehensive about taking Hank to the vet because of his anxiety level. The atmosphere at Silver Maple was perfect for him. Our Vet was very nice to him and took time with us to determine the best course of action for him. Great experience. All of the assistants were terrific as well.

I am so happy with my experience with silver maple, i had to take my two cats in and they treated them both with love! They kept me in the loop about how my babys were doing and it honestly was the best vet experience i have ever had! I recommend going to silver maple they are caring and supper affordable!

They took such great care of my girl when she had a scary cut on her belly. I was seen asap and the doctors, nurses and receptionists went above and beyond. Great place!

Moving to the area Silver Maple was the only one that accepted new clients. My Bandit had an emergency and they saw him. The staff Kyra, Malorie, Olivia (sorry if rhat is not your nameyou stayed until 10+ that evening) and Dr. Recipko went above and beyond for us. Not only were they professional but you all have such a warming heart. We thank you and feel 100% better knowing all of our fur babies have somewhere to go and can trust in you. ️

Highly trained veterinary staff with advanced skills available for pet health and well being. The front staff is so on top of details and great, friendly communicators on the phone and in email. Also, I so appreciate the veterinarian helping me to get to the right decision concerning my dog and making me feel good about caring, rather than being judged. Just a great feeling; I wish I lived 1 hour not 2 hours away.

Great staff. Still make you wear a mask, and can't go in with your pet. My medical doctor doesn't even use this practice anymore. Annoying.

We were taking our dog to another vet and were not happy. Because of many referrals to Silver Maple we started taking our dog there.
Not disappointed in anyway. From the receptions, to the vet techs, vets and anyone I may have missed we are very pleased and highly recommend Silver Maple. Thank you for taking great care of our Toby boy.
