Me and wife went today to get rid of broken jewelry met with the gentleman had a knowledgeable conversation.the gentleman was was very professional telling us how they do business my experience is very good business was done thank u again for very good dealing

Went there early this morning, ended up going back to just get an appraisal for coins. The young guy had to call his boss because he had no clue what was in front of him. While calling his boss, he asked should he FaceTime him. He said no asked How many coins there was and then told him to times it by 16.84. Laughable because you dont even know what was in front of this young guy. It was a complete set of American eagle coins that was appraised at 2 different spots. Actual coin dealers one was $1100 and the other was $1260. He must deal with a bunch of feinds and not people who actually know what their stuff is worth. Spot price for silver is right now 19.24.1986 and 1996 go for more than just spot price, sir. They are the more rare collection pieces. What I find the funniest is their advertisement of we pay more guaranteed. So, I do not suggest you taking anything there, because as you clearly see you can go elsewhere with knowledgeable and get more.

Took awhile to get someone to actually be at the booth to look at my items. Not very professional, more just making sure your items are real scratching them all up to test regardless if you change your mind on something and basically just worried about scrap value. High dollar items they will purchase but have no clue what they are looking at so everything must be appraised which takes a day or two. Low ball prices for scrap but if you're looking for fast cash they'll pay for it

DO NOT go here if you want fair pricing for your gold. Guess I was too trusting of people’s honesty. Didn’t give me close to what my gold and diamonds were worth (Not even half). Of course all sales (rip-offs) are final. Shameful. Don’t take first offer and make sure your confident in your research and know what you have. Lesson Learned.
