Simply Beautiful Smiles of Springfield reviews
24I've been going to this business since 2017, and always had a pleasant experience. The new dentists are great, and my dental hygienist, Jenny, is fantastic. Still go here even after moving out of Springfield
Extremely friendly staff who explain everything in detail while giving you plenty of opportunities to ask questions.
Before Dr. Walinchus left, I was so used to being given nitrous as I am a little phobic. However, Dr. Bahar exceeded my expectations and was so kind, got me through my fillings pain free! As he was working on my teeth, he constantly kept me informed of what was going on and would check to make sure I was comfortable.
Great practice! The staff are friendly. I truly felt like I was getting the best care for my teeth!
Went for a routine cleaning and check up. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Jen was amazing and I highly recommend this dental office.
I've been coming to this dental office for over 10 years. The recent change in ownership hasn't changed my mind about this place - it's great. Safety and care are top notch.
OMG! I chose this place blindly based on the ratings and it did not let me down. Hands down BEST PLACE EVA! From the moment I walked through the door, I felt the warmth and positivity. The Dentist and Dental Hygienist were above and beyond AMAZING!
I have always been terrified of going to the dentist and usually have sedation. Not this time and my experience was wonderful. Jenny was accommodating and mindful of my phobia and really helped me through the procedure.
Wow, what can be said about this place that hasn't been said already. I'm not super fond of dentist and they really calmed my fears! The front desk staff is super kind, and really friendly. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my insurance questions. It didn't stop there, the dental hygienist, and the dentist were awesome. I've never been happier leaving a dentist. They took the time to listen to my concerns and spoke to me in terms that I could understand, without taking down to me. All while covid was going on! The office is super clean and they are handling all of the guidelines well!
Always a great experience with Dr. Walinchus' office. Everyone is pleasant, knowledgeable, and interested in your concerns.
I am very pleased with the excellent service I have received by Dr. Walinchus. He is a great dentist and he and his staff are very caring.
I have a terrible fear of the dentist and Dr. Walinchus was supportive, friendly, understanding, and patient. I am finally on the road to getting all the work done I need! In fact, well over 50% complete. I still get the shakes going in and sometimes it takes me a while to get my appointments set up, but I am doing it! Thanks Dr. Walinchus.
I had lost part of a crown and Dr. Walinchus dealt with it quickly and painlessly. Always have a good experience here! And the staff is very friendly, too:)
DrWalinchus is by far the best dentist in the industry. He is friendly, thorough, and an excellent in all dental treatments.
As a phobic patient, I don't have enough positive things to say about Dr. Walinchus and the office. I was long overdue to see the dentist when I found Dr. Walinchus and grudgingly made an appointment, after communicating some of my concerns via email.
Throughout the process, they were supportive and encouraging in devising a plan that worked for me. We decided to do all the work at once (cleaning, tooth extractions, root canals, etc) while I was "asleep" and I woke up with finally healthy teeth! Even during the healing process, any questions I had were quickly answered, which put my mind at ease.
I went back a few days ago to have my permanent crown placed, and while it wasn't totally comfortable (just the nature of the process), I was entertained and laughing through it thanks to Dr. Walinchus and his amazing team. I find myself getting out of the chair asking, "that was it? ", which is an awesome feeling! I'll be back in a few months for a regular cleaning:)
Had a pleasant experience. The dental assistants were genuinely attentive to my questions and concerns. Dr. Walinchus is caring and also answered every question and made me feel calm, he also seemed genuinely concerned about my being comfortable. I just absolutely love his sense of humor. FYI I LOVE ALL TYPES OF MUSIC EXCEPT COUNTRY. Dr. Walinchus pls keep your day job! You’re a much better dentist than a country singer. Just joking. See ya all on Thursday
I've been going to Dr Walinchus for years. I needed a cap repair today and it was taken care of very quickly and with "very" minimal discomfort. "No pain killer needed! " Dr Walinchus is able to accommodate my special needs of spastic cerebral palsy with other medical issues, including sensitively to pain and swallowing issues. Because I use a power tilte/recliner/elevating wheelchair, Dr Walinchus can treat with me while remaining in my w'chair. I know Dr Walinchus is not only a good family and cosmetic dentist, but he's also great with people who have various disabilities and/or phobias. Yes, he's services can be pricey but they're worth it! A dental discount plan (Simply Beautiful Smiles) is available, plus ask for other possible payment options.
Dr. Walinchus had been my dentist for 30+ years a until I moved to NY a few years ago. With his excellent care I was able to keep my juvenile periodontal disease at bay for many years. Recently it has flared and I contacted Dr. Walinchus for his expert advice and decided to take a trip back to PA for a consultation with him. Dr. Walinchus gave me his expert opinion as to what was best for my health and I trust his diagnosis. I may even return to PA to have him do some of the dental work I need done.
From a 'facilities' POV the office is immaculate; plenty of space - which is not always the case. The office staff is courteous and takes time to listen and appropriately respond/follow-up if needed ; not at all dismissive or rushed. The clinical staff is friendly, knowledgeable (from the basics through the latest techniques), and truly concerned for both your mental and physical comfort. I am one of many with a profound anxiety relating to dental appointments, even for a hygiene visit. For procedures, I need to be heavily sedated. So yesterday when I was told that I required a crown, when I thought I need only a filling, I had a mini breakdown. Partly because I had not budgeted for that. In recommending a Dentist, the only potential 'negative' that I may attribute to this office is cost. Not many plans are accepted. That said, the quality of the work is exceptional, and it is money well spent. And for anyone concerned, Dr. Walinchus and his two assistants guided me through the procedure without the use of sedatives, saving me both time and money. There are financing options available, so if you can manage that part, this office will change your perspective on those 'dreaded' dentist appts.
I have a very low pain tolerance, especially when it comes to working on teeth or gums. I have an abnormally small mouth cavity but regular size teeth. Before seeing Dr. Walinchus I had been traumatized by a dentist when he was pulling out a tooth. I was screaming in pain because the numbing medication he had available was ineffective. I didn’t see a dentist for 5 years and when I came to see Dr. Walinchus my teeth were in very bad shape. I’ve had Dr. Walinchus do implants, crowns, even a root.canal which terrified me. However, he has the most up to date equipment and sedation techniques. He totally won my trust when he did the root canal and I felt only minimal discomfort (not pain) when he was numbing gums and teeth - it was right in the bottom center of my mouth.
I highly recommend him and his staff as a person traumatized by a bad experience with a dentist and also one who has special needs because of developmental abnormalities from birth.
