My husband went there a year ago after a friend recommended the dentist. He wanted to do cleaning. They said they need to do an X-ray and it was okay. The person taking it struggled sooo much. She had to take it multiple times and call someone to help her with it.and it was so painful. He requested an appointment for the cleaning and they told him that they will call him back. They never called. After a month he called them to just send him the x-ray so he can do it elsewhere. They said again they will send it to him over email and they never did.

I'm deathly afraid of any dentist. I'm not afraid to go here. They are professional but speak to patients on casual level. Highly recommend?

I have been going to this dentist office for over three years now. I started going to this office anitially because I was missing three teeth on my right side. I was told that I needed a deep scaling and a lot of other dental work done. I was sent to a peridantist for deep scaling and annual check ups. I was also told to make sure I have my teeth cleaned every three months. No matter how hard I tried to get my teeth cleaned every three months I was constantly told no openings. I always found myself getting my teeth cleaned every four to five months. After today and being sent to a third location and after over three years, I was told I need deep scaling again. I was not only set up for failure but after all this time and thousands of dollars later even with my insurance, I still have this hole in my mouth and no partial. I am extremely annoyed and disappointed. This dentist has done a disservice to me. I will not ever step foot into this office again. And as far as the 270.00 I owe them, they will get paid thats fine. This office was great until they sold to corporate. So to all the staff at woodlyn dental. YOU FAILED ME!

I have been going to Woodlyn Dental for years and loved it then. Now that it is Simply Beautiful Smiles - I still love it. I am the biggest baby when it comes to the dentist but Dr Julia Segal is awesome. She understands and treats me well.

I had my very first appt at this location. I havent been to the dentist in years. Everyone was amazing and nice & no one judged me. I was nervous going in but they made me comfortable. I'd definitely reccomend this place. They'll be seeing me often.

Everyone who interacted with me was friendly. Chris especially is so warm and kind and great at her job!

Woodlyn dental associates, has changed. A lot of new people. I saw another doctor I have never meet before. She was Indian, and I did not like her approach. She had extra pictures taken that I am afraid will not be covered under my insurance. She said she was from another office. I thought Woodlyn Dental was independent, not a joint with another. I like to know what is going on there.

Staff and dentist were awesome, super friendly. The dental assistant, Kesha, was VERY sweet!

Looks all fake reviews they just make you visit again and again so they can make more money. Bottom line

The staff is so nice and friendly and the dentist was patient and took the time to answer questions that I had

Roxanne the hygienist was very thorough, took her time, and explained everything she was doing and gave me some tips on brushing and flossing.

Oh What can I say such a great experience I can say my best dentist experience so far.very friendly Staff more like family friendly haven’t got any work done yet but my initial experience is absolutely fantastic looking forward to go in there again and update my review.for now I love this place. Great interaction with yassen and Dr. Yoseph seems very knowledgeable and professional. And very welcoming thank you guys for the great customer service.

Hygienist are very nice. They have a Hygienist shortage apparently it's a nation wide problem. So getting an appointment for a cleaning is very difficult

Called in with wisdom tooth pain and was seen within the same day, same morning, actually. They were organized and kind as always, and willing to flex with my schedule in follow-up planning.
