4Marc was extremely kind and helpful to our family. With having used a different funeral home last year, Simpson without a doubt outshined and went above and beyond it's competition. Our family will definitely exclusively use Simpson in the future. The entire staff was amazing. They all made a difficult time easier to handle.
I have nothing but positive things to say about mine and my family’s experience for my dads funeral. Mark (the funeral director) is the sweetest man and made the process very easy for us in such a hard time, when you’re grieving and struggling it’s easy to get taken advantage of. He was very diligent with keeping in contact with us and updating us with the next steps. He was aware my mom has stage four cancer and currently getting her chemo and was even kind enough to ask people to wear a mask. (Which we did not request, he took it upon himself to ask and was thoughtful about my mother so he did not have to do that but did) The Everything was set up and ready for us, which was a huge weight off our shoulders knowing my father is in amazing hands with him and his staff. Simpsons will always be my go to.
I can Not Say Enough Good Things about Mark, and the Entire staff at Simpsons Funeral Homes. August 14th, 2021 I lost my best friend, most important person to me, My Mother. Although the worst experience of my life, The Team at Simpsons made the best possible experience I could have ever asked for. From the Beautiful Detailed Urn, to the service and Arrangements. Laminated Memorial Cards and even sent a memorial Ornament for the first Christmas without my mother. They even helped my family full Half a dozen memorial Pendants Well after The funeral. They are a Proper Business that Does NOT forget about their Customers. Absolutely the only place I will feel comfortable taking care of my lost loved ones. From The bottom of my heart I could not have asked for a better overall experience. Simply too many to name them all. You don't need to think twice about it you can trust Simpsons to take care of EVERYTHING you need.
