2Don’t deliver there, they park their box truck in the dock that take away the space you need to maneuver into the dock and they have people standing there not moving the box truck smh
Drivers refuse service to this place. Was given a load already late, broker new it was late and when it came time to take the load the recipient stated they had no room for the load and to come back just shy of a week.
They were rude, not a single ounce of compassion for drivers who don't get paid unless we are moving all while being away from family.
The manager will not answer the phone, she is constantly being rude to warehouse staff and frankly should be removed from her position as she clearly cannot effectively manage.
For retailers think twice about doing business with them as they will order products just to refuse them.
