Singing Spring Foods reviews
20This wonderful local place has groceries and a cafe. Plenty of bulk food options, it's great for specialty flour and other baking ingredients. Great prices on the basics! Plenty of interesting low-price finds that change often. The bulk candy section is amazing! In the cafe they have awesome pretzel wrap sandwiches for breakfast and lunch, ice cream, cookies, coffee and other treats. Watch for season special events - around Christmas they had a seafood sale including wonderful oyster sandwiches in the cafe.
Beautiful local grocery store, courteous staff, and they have a cafe, small and wonderful menu and coffee!
Their coffee or food gives you the runs! So when in doubt and you need a cleansing. I highly recommend this place!
Love love love this new store. Amish run, clean friendly and good variety of just about anything you need. The cafe is great. Dine in take out too. Delicious everything.just a tad bit pricey
Groceries are cheap in somethings and some are actually higher than their retail prices, they have retail price behind their prices that's how you know. Watch for expiration dates, but both items that were expired that I got were frozen so it was ok. Their produce was good. Etc.
I like Cafe as well, I only had their iced coffees, they were good prices in my opinion, they have a lot of different options to choose from. They had pretzel wraps, salads, macaroons, ice cream, and coffees.
Probably the best sandwich I have ever eaten! Fresh bread.it kind of fell apart as you were eating it because it had none of the toxic additives put in commercial breads.it was so, so fresh! It was yummy and the 6in sandwich was definitely a meal for two because it was so thick! Thank you for a fabulous lunch yesterday!
Wonderful, great store, great ice cream, friendly faces and clerks, ate ice cream, enjoyed the porch to enjoy our ice cream. We will be back again.
It was our first time shopping here. We enjoyed the experience. A very clean store, well stocked shelves and a helpful, friendly staff. They have weekly specials and all prices were a good deal. We will be back!
Bought string cheese for my toddler, didn’t realize until I got home and he’s throwing up everywhere that the cheese is all expired since February 2nd. I call the store and complain and the lady laughs when I tell her the date. Lost my business because now I’m dealing with a super sick kid because they failed to check the dates before putting something on the shelf.
UDPATE: Took the cheese back the following day and they still had all the bad cheese on their shelf and the manager had no intentions on taking it all down and trashing it either.
Absolutely wonderful experience, the staff is unbelievably friendly and the baked goods we purchased were so delicious!
Absolutely horrible! A total rip off! They advertise sale items in the store but when you get up to the register they may or may not tell you that the items aren't actually on sale. I got home to find out that the ice cream I bought that was advertised on the freezer door for $2.50 each for the Turkey Hill cookies and cream and the vanilla and they actually charged me $4.49 each. The chips I bought were advertised with stickers on each bag as BOGO but was told at the register that they aren't on sale any more. These were the regular sized Herr's chips not the party size and they charged $3.99 for each regular sized bag when the party size bags at walmart are $3.99. So I paid the price for the party size but got the regular sized bags. I went there to save money not to get ripped off! I will never shop there again!
This place has the best prices for lunchmeat and cheese u will find no better good veggies and fruit at great prices
I found the whole bean selection and selected the decaf medium roast as a base to then mix in with a CR medium roast, in order to experiment with a half-caffeinated bean mix to grind up in the mornings. Also, there are many other sources and flavors available.
Nice store, lots of bulk items, good deli prices. Check out the cafe next door for prepared foods and ice cream.
I absolutely love coming here. They have some good stuff here. Bulk candy, a nice deli (try the sundried tomato turkey), and a sweet little cafe (try their signature sub the Frida). One thing I suggest buying is their frozen pre-formed cookie dough, which they have a few flavors of. Got a pack of 14 cookies for 2 dollars.
New building, clean and stocked very well
Bulk chicken, very good meats, and produce, its a medium size, little bit of everything store. Worth a visit!
Lots of great deals on food, and very tasty things to buy from the kitchen next door. The breakfast pretzel wraps are very good!
Mostly Amish customers. Prices are comparable to the major food stores; maybe a tad higher. There are some bulk items. Easy parking and not too crowded. There are other similar options closer to me so I probably won't be returning unless I pass it going to Lancaster. Try it out. You might like it.
Had almost a full cart of groceries and only spent little over $100. Got all that I needed as well.
This is a cute little cafe with Amish food, connected to Singing Springs grocery. The staff is friendly but they got our order wrong, and then half of it never came out. We asked about it and they said someone else must have taken it, and we had to wait while they made it again.
