Absolutely LOVED my facial with Maggie. She took care to understand my skin and any issues before we got started and really tailored my experience based on my needs. The space was fresh and bright and I felt amazing after I left. Thanks, Maggie!

I had an OMG Breakout 50 min appointment with Jamila with some additional extractions and it was nice. She was very gentle and I even had to tell her to not care so much about being gentle because I just wanted to get everything extracted. I regret not being more insistant because she missed a couple of deep blackheads. It’s a bit on the pricey side and if you have clogged pores out of your T zone they’ll charge you as a Target extraction.

This is a hidden gem for the IT girls in Philadelphia! My goodness was this facial phenomenal, and really targeted my skin concerns. The staff was absolutely lovely, and the level of care they give everyone sitting in their chair is unmatched. I can't wait to get another facial here, couldn't recommend it more to anyone looking to do something good for their skin!

Highly recommend Margaret. I’m pregnant and my skin was in absolute shambles one week ago when I got my facial. Margaret did a great job and my skin looked noticeably better even after one facial. She also recommended pregnancy safe products that have completely cleared up my skin in 1 week. I have been getting facials for the past year at a spa in rittenhouse square and have not had results like this. Margaret is professional and knowledgeable. Listened to my concerns and created a treatment plan to address the issues I was having with my skin.

Every month, I look forward to my facial with Shaneka! I have noticed amazing changes in my skin since starting my monthly membership. Shaneka is so knowledgeable about skincare and her techniques are incredible! I cannot recommend Skin House Facial Bar enough!

I recently had the DiamondGlow facial treatment with Trinity at the Rittenhouse location. She was so kind, knowledgable, and thorough. I will absolutely be a regular!

I really wanted to love this place- especially with all the great reviews and I actually really do love their products but the professionalism is severely lacking. I tried to be sold into a membership when I first walked in and I’m SO HAPPY I declined. I still attempted to keep up with the facial schedule they recommended…. Well, that’s next to impossible as I’ve been rescheduled on 3 separate occasions for my appointment. Now I’m sitting here waiting for my third reschedule and there is a straight up training for new clinicians happening. I’m listening to how they upsell customers etc. My advice for management (although I’m feeling like they DGAF) … have some integrity with your customers and do this training on your own time. After today, I’m done with this place.

I have been a member here for a year and I love it! I see Shaneka who helped me create a simple and sustainable morning and night routine. I have dry skin so two of my goals were brightening and hydration and currently my skin looks and feels amazing! Its also a relaxing time. Sometimes we chat and sometimes we don't. Regardless I know when I sit on that chair, that for at least the next hour I can just be.

I would have given Skin House 5 stars but.
I had the basic facial, which is $109. As I was being given the facial I was asked if I wanted a jelly mask and honey moisturizer. I said yes because I knew my face needed a lot of attention but not once was I told the price of each individual procedure. So, I'm in the moment, I'm relaxed and enjoying myself and the cost thing did not hit me until I got to the register. Even when hawking their skincare products I was not told the price. Because of all this I felt hustled and for the price I should not have to feel that way. I am a big small American business supporter and happy to be so but please don't hustle me, it's just not cool.

I had my first facial every at skin house facial bar last week with Shaneka Sanders and I absolutely loved it. I’ve had acne prone, sensitive skin since high school and came in looking to deal with a damaged skin barrier, hyperpigmentation, scarring and congested skin. I’ve tried pretty much every prescription product and seen many derms, and was recovering from being prescribed tretinoin, which destroyed my already weak skin. Shaneka made the process super easy and comfortable, and listened to all my concerns and skin history. She was very knowledgable about different skin types and problems, and recommended a personalized facial plan for my particular concerns and skin; I felt more trusting of her than the many dermatologists I’ve seen, because unlike them she took the time to figure out what would work specifically for me instead of prescribing a blanket/ general treatment. The facial was very relaxing and even the more painful extractions were done very well, and I had very minimal scabbing/ no irritation. My skin felt and looked the best it has in months when I left. Will definitely be coming back!

First time at SHFB and it will NOT be the last! From the moment I stepped in the door until I left it was a great experience! The staff was so nice it felt like I was hanging with friends. Shireen was not only knowledgeable and explained every step she was kind brought such a positive vibe to my whole visit. My skin looks great and I can’t wait to go back!

I go to skinhouse every month for a facial, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. From start to finish, the staff is friendly, professional, and attentive. I have had facials with Shaneka and Shereen, and they are both so knowledgeable. Since I have the monthly membership, they really get to know my skin. I have ha dissues with my skin for my whole life, and it has only been since going to skinhouse and following their direction that I have clear skin.

The facials are simply amazing. Shereen and Sheneka both have taken the time to listen to my concerns and tailor the treatment to my specific needs, using the highest-quality products and techniques. I leave feeling refreshed, with a noticeable improvement in the texture and appearance of my skin.

What really sets Skinhouse apart is the overall atmosphere of the place. It's clear that the team is passionate about what they do, and they go above and beyond to make sure every customer feels pampered and cared for. The attention to detail is evident in everything from the decor to the music.
