Fun, loud, could get crowded. As long as the kids are having a good time, parents enjoy it as well. We like coming here with our kids and their friends.

Well during the day its fun. Do Not take your kids to glow, kids hide in the bounce house and do extremely inappropriate acts. We will be canceling our membership. Unless something is done to keep a better eye on things hapoening at skyzone are getting worse and worse. Get rid of the bounce house it isn't safe.

We’ve been to a few different trampoline parks in the area but this was our first time at this one. It’s definitely smaller than the others. You couldn’t find a staff member for the first two hours, then when they finally do come out, the one has the shirt tied tight as can be and made it into a belly shirt and her pants were leggings so tight that you could see her thong outlined. That’s not what you want working around kids!

Horrible birthday party experience. Immature staff, not helpful at all. Paid so much for nothing!

Kids love it but it costs a ton, it's not remotely clean (long ago spilled and dry soda in the bounce house) the food costs way more than it's worth and the older kids are a danger to the younger.

I have a membership with them in Fayetteville for my son and I was told I have to sign up for a new membership here in pa. I think that’s not fair

DO NOT plan a birthday party here, they are an absolute scam. They charge you $8 a pitcher for WATER. We were to have unlimited beverages, but we were told it would be $6 a refill when they provided 2 pitchers of beverage for a total of 20 people. Then they allow only 45 minutes to have your party of 20 people (i am sure you can probably pay more for longer) but it was implied we would have at least an hour, and were given 0 time to set up once we figured out our room was ready. No announcement was made to us that our room was even ready. Absolute scam do not go here for a party ever!

Took my grandchildren there, three boys ages one-year-old four-year-old and a six-year-old

My stepson had a Birthday party here and the service was not the best. The people before us in the party area were there 20 minutes past time, then we had to figuratively chase after the staff to go up and clean up and then we were called up to our party space that it was pizza time and then had to wait for it for quite a bit of time. I do not recommend for a Birthday Party.

Absolutely get the annual pass to make it worthwhile. Its a great place to keep the kids busy. Unfortunately the facilities have really become rundown over the past year. Hoping they get new foam protection put up around some of the metal and springs / get a lot of the bouncy house area repaired so it actually inflates.

Very low management they didn’t know how to run the business there, they just kids no customers service no organisation they did not know how to control the crowd there the manager was so rude and he didn’t even know how to control or run the place if you already go there you will understand what I take about is not safe place for the kids.

The staff here is amazing. They make sure kids and parents are taken care of and having fun.

The place not clean bathrooms is horrible also kids get injure almost of the time I wish if they get better management and customer service no more be there, there is more place in mechanicsburg deserve to stand for it

Wouldn’t come here again, i went here with my boyfriend.he was playing dodge ball.i did play a little but then i ended up waiting on the side for him to finish and some girl was targeting me the whole time.she saw i was out and threw a ball straight at my face (full force and intentionally) it led into she got into a fight with me.she was super young too and her friends had also started attacking me.i left this place immediately freaking out bc some random girl and her friends jumped me.my boyfriend had gotten pulled back by her “bf” and wouldnt let him go to come help me, but the time he got to me i was had people piled onto me.don’t bring your little ones there on the dark glow nights in the dodge ball area haha.she luckily didn’t get any hits on me only managed to pull my earrings out.my bf had scratches all over him from some girl digging her nails into him.security literally did absolutely nothing, after i left my parents and my boyfriends mom were calling and no one even picked the phone up.if that was your kid a couple months ago learn how to control her.

This place has definitely declined! We paid $54 bucks for 2 kids to jump for 1.5 hrs.one of them is 3 and cant enjoy the full amenities. They both had their own socks so that was an extra cost we didnt have to pay. For the price it just isnt worth it.the place is filthy! The equipment is worn out and dirty looking. It looks like the company has no budget for upkeep with their facility. I need to know is Get Air any better? This is just highly dissapointing and my kids are definitely getting sick after this outting.

Today me and some friends went to sky zone we purchased the all day passed but where not informed that we would also have to buy a shirt as well later in the day to even keep jumping. Once we all spent another $40 on shirts we tried to play dodgeball and basketball but nothing was open we talked to the employees about it and everyone basically ignored us and pushed us to the side we spent $40 to be able to do basically nothing. All around I have not had the best experience with the staff and this trampoline park and if I was not on a time crunch I would have maid sure to get a refund. Do Not Go Here

My son loves this place, he was recently there for the glow jump and can't wait to do it again. I love the different areas throughout especially the foam pit! Also, you can't ever go wrong having massage chairs for the adults!

DO NOT be fooled into getting a monthly membership with this place. Absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to cancel, I've wasted so much time trying to figure it out and still gotten nowhere. Can't ever get anyone on the phone, tried every way imagine-able online, still being charged. Beyond frustrating.

Single parenting 3 kids 6y/o and younger, and living 35min away, makes it anything but simple. Why does every other club have the option to cancel online, but Harrisburg location isn't on the form? Doesn't make sense.

Two adults and one child was $100! It's absolutely crazy and then on top of that I took my daughter to the men's bathroom to change her diaper and they don't even have changing stations in a place for kids! I should have taken pictures but the inflatable area was disgusting. In the picture below from another user that exact same hair bundle was still there today.
