14Very nice and luxury apartment! Looks new and all amenities and units itself look very nice. Very convenient location. Staff are friendly and responsiveness as well. One downside may be the price that it's a bit too high but other than that, most things are great!
I needed a light bulb changed. Maintenance had permission to enter and I was home. Opened my door to go out and there’s bulbs on the floor.some luxury experience.
Great place to live! Apartments are beautiful, nicely designed amenities, well-maintained property, friendly neighbors, and location is perfect - easy access to everything, yet tucked away from Town Center congestion & mall madness. Would definitely recommend to others.
I have bugs coming into my bedroom windows and the invoice that was left said my issues was “resolved”. However, when I went to my room the bugs were not only on the outside of my window but inside and all over the walls and blinds. I had to figure out what to do and bought products to remove them then my friend came over to help me with sealing the window to prevent ongoing access that are allowing the bugs to come inside. So far, I’ve only found two bugs inside my bedroom as of this morning since trying to resolve the issues all night but the point of the matter is that there shouldn’t be an infestation of bugs in this building. It’s gross and not worth 2k that I’m paying to stay here. I don’t understand the option to create a maintenance order if you guys are unable to resolve such issues. Transparency in such matters should’ve been ideal but it’s nice to know for future concerns when it comes to what to expect. Thank you.

I went on a tour recently, the apartment, amenities, and unit was clean and felt like home.
Maintenance was polite and fast working as usual without delay. It's really nice to have functional and dependable services at hand if and when needed.:)
Great place. Peaceful, very helpful and responsive office and maintenance, above all really nice residents. Me and my wife have been here for an year now, renewed my lease will stay for another year or longer.
Great place to live. Great location. Great amenities. But you certainly pay a tall price to enjoy it all.
Love it here. Leasing is great. Unit is great. Maintenance is incredibly responsive and in and out. Fun resident events. They are always trying to improve amenities. Really great place to live!
We have been residents since December 2020; we loved it then and we still do now. The friendly and professional service from staff, spacious floor plans, and high end amenities create an elevated home experience.
Beautiful apartments! Bryanna was extremely kind & helpful and answered any questions we had!
We applied to become new residents, were upfront about our credit which got impacted post Covid. We were informed before the application that, if we need we could have a guarantor co-sign with us to qualify. After the application, leasing manager Laura disqualified us without even offering the guarantor option. Once we asked her why she had not even offered, we got a reluctant answer that if we have a worthy guarantor it might qualify us but we would still have to pay 2 months security deposit. Horrible customer service making people feel they are not worthy.
Laura this is an apartment complex where people are either saving money to buy their home, they might not have enough money to buy a house or they have some sort of credit concern/hardship that’s is why they choose to pay rent and not have a mortgage. You should practice fair opportunity not when we remind you.
