They change the prices on you at this hair store be careful. They have a lot of stock but watch and listen.

I LOVE this place. Cute slides, hair dye, summer clothing sets, hair accessories to do my daughters hair, makeup, and of course pretty much any type of hair you could think of.

Large selection but only one aisle for black hair care products. BUT BE CAREFUL! Ive came across several black hair care products that were years (2017 and 2018) expired and marked as full price. While it is your choice to buy discounted products, paying full price for expired product is not ok. PLEASE CHECK YOUR EXPIRATION DATES BEFORE PURCHASING.

Hair quality is good. Cashier could have used some customer service skills, yet the other employees were very friendly.

They carry everything in this store from hair, soft drinks, and snacks.but don't like that they speak in their language around the customers, if something is wrong I want to be aware of that, or if u don't like what was said I want to be able to defend myself verbally

I like the fact they open up at 8: 00 in the morning. I don't like that they dont give you a receipt, so you can see exactly how much you're being charged for items.

Horrible customer service. They always present your total to you as a deal. However, if you calculate your total yourself its not a deal. They do not calculate your tax correctly. They will sale you used wigs at full price. Their items are over priced. They are banned from accepting foodstamps due to fraud. Their payment system duplicates your credit card numbers.

Store is way too dark for trying to match hair color or find right shade of make-up, staff follows you around like everyones a thief.they sale wigs, weaves, hair products and clothes, shoes and a mini market candy bread, butter and cigarettes olny pro is is that there opened late til 10pm

They are nothing but vultures. They do not care about anyone but themselves. They are convenient but are not worth spending money with. Everything is low budget and extra experience.

The owners were so busy following and intimidating some young men that I wasn't able to get any assistance. Everytime I come here the employees are causing drama. If you dont like your customers then go to another neighborhood.

There wasn't a whole lot of interaction and I'm pretty sure they thought I was stealing as I was crouched down tryna read without my glasses. It's a lot going on in the store but they have everything.

Very narrow aisles. Merchandise is crammed on shelves and fixtures haphazardly. Most clothing is several years out of fashion, and lacks organization. Wigs are inaccessible to view without aquiring employee assistance. Overall gives you a claustrophobic and cluttered shopping experience. Staff watch you like a hawk (as if you'd steal merchandise that is subpar, offbrand quality or out of date clothing). Check out/cigarette counter is inconveniently located from the exit.

Very rude staff. They think they can talk bad to other people of color but your set up in our neighborhoods and getting rich.
The store has too much going on. Food, wigs, weave, jewelry, incense, clothes, shoes, cigars, purses, hair supplies. Everything to get all the hoods $$$

They kind of rude the second time we went there but it's an OK store sale slot of things and OK prices
