I have lived in these apartments on 2 separate occasions including in the 1990's and more recently. These apartments all have the same layout; 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, washer/dryer hook-up in the unit and a large living room. Heat is included in the rental fee, which is a great benefit. Each building holds 6 apartments with 3 floors for each building. Some other benefits include; a low reasonable monthly rent, pay online, close parking, scenic views, playground and small basketball court, water/trash/sewer also included in your monthly rent. Some downsides; only 1 built-in AC unit, no dishwasher and some units haven't been updated for decades. The building manager did allow me to paint the walls any color and I added an adhesive countertop cover along with some self-adhesive back splash that I didn't have to remove before moving out. I highly recommend these apartments to people who are single, couples and couples with a small family. I'll never forget bringing my oldest son home from the hospital 20 years ago to our apartment on the 2nd floor. I know the complex was recently sold to a rental group as the previous owner passed away, so some changes may occur. There is at least 1 building that has been completely renovated as there was a fire in that building. The rent for units in that building are approximately $300 a month more because of the updates. As of 2021, I was paying $645/month for my 3rd floor unit. An amazing price, which allowed me (a woman with only an income from SSD) the opportunity to live in my own apartment in a safe area. I only left because I moved into my boyfriends house. I wish their website offered more pictures, but it was a great place to live. I have posted a few pics of the inside of my unit. I only had a wait of approximately 5 weeks to move in.
