What did you do? We have been coming here for over 15 years. It was our favorite restaurant in d town. Your post pandemic policies were excruciating and we stayed away. After seeing that nonsense finally go away I was excited to visit again. They changed the whole platform. A wine bar with limited food, that is overpriced. We were there on a friday night and I could count on 1 hand how many patrons were there. We had a nice time and the bartender Kristen was superb. Bring back the old menu and expand the bar area to where it was before. Seems like you are trying to compete with Frost. Mistake, big mistake!

We used to go here all the time. Covid-19 put this place in a world wind. Unfortunately, after most restaurants and bars let up restrictions, this place held on to them. Just recently, they introduced a menu, which is very limited. The bar and restaurant were always crowded on Friday nights, but not when we were there. The bar tender, Christin, was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, unless they return to the previous format and menu, we won't be returning anytime soon. I really don't see this once great place lasting long.

A wonderful place to enjoy special occasions. My partner and I celebrated our first anniversary together and everything about Slate Bleu exceeded our expectations. Great wine selections and we highly recommend getting the gnocchi as an appetizer for two. Enjoyed our time here immensely and would recommend it to anyone!

Really cute spot for delicious food! Do not skip over this place! Menu is small but perfect. If you are looking for food with great flavors, this is the place. Wouldn't think that a great French place existed in the burbs, but this is it. Everything, from the sauce that the chicken livers are cooked in to the flavorful and thick gnocchi, was excellent. I also had the beef tartare, which rivals the ones I ate in Paris. Also, staff was super nice and friendly.

Intimate space, fantastic French food, outstanding cocktails and wine. Quite possibly the best boulevardier cocktail we’ve ever had. We will be back, what a hidden gem.

This is a high end restaurant in Doylestown near the train station. We were a party of six. We had tried to get reservations a few weeks earlier, but because their dining hours are very limited, we weren't able to right away. The only other downside to the experience besides the hours is that It is a little pricey. For example, the oysters were $4 apiece, not crazy, but still on the higher end for our area.

Everyone's dinner was delicious. The menu is not broken into categories such as appetizers, main courses, etc. You can order a main course as your starter and an app for dessert if you wish. We shared oysters, the cheese platter, and bruschetta as appetizers, which were all really tasty.

I don't recall what each of us had for dinner, but some highlights were the poached salmon, bronzino, steak tartare, and chicken livers. Everyone really enjoyed their meal. A lot of us shared during this course too. The portions are filling and very satisfying.

The decor and setting are quite unique and create a lovely ambience. The building is a refurbished factory. The bar is a focal point - beautiful dark wood with subtle lighting. The tables and decor are tasteful with interesting artwork. My husband and I would like to return in the future for a date night.

Aside from the chairs being a bit tiny, there are no other complaints to present. Steak a poivre, bronzino, and soupe de poisson were all delicious. Same goes for the cocktails.

This is our go-to place in town. Lovely people, excellent food and service, relaxed atmosphere. They always remember who ordered what and never show up with te next course until you’re finished with the first. I can’t say enough good things about it.

Worst French restaurant l have been to in my life. The server was very rude and if she had worked for me, I would have fired her on the spot! I have been to Paris at least a dozen times and Slate Bleu would have closed down within a week. Anyone who wants a great meal, just go to Honey on Shewell Ave.

Good food and drinks. Nice atmosphere without being overdone. A bit higher priced for the environment.

Whoa, seriously delicious! Baked oysters were wonderful and an unexpected surprise. The poisson soupe brought me back to Marseille, and the chicken liver was heart-warming and perfectly balanced with the crepe, corn and cream. I do have to say that I didn’t love the beef tartare, but it doesn’t matter as everything else was great. Good wines by the glass and super friendly service made for a nice dinner during a weekend away in Doylestown. Just be aware that it is not cheap to dine here - dinner for a family of four was just over $200.
