Received services today. A young man named Zaire was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional when assisting me. It was a pleasant experience.

One word. Liars. Told me my trade in value. Then changed it. Then told me we'd check on it, still haven't got back to me. Gen. Manager wants to help ok send me a check John Rivera knows the amount.

My experience with Sloane Honda and Alex in particular was great. He wasn’t pushy and answered all my questions. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely buy from them again.

BUYER BEWARE! My GF with family went to buy a car with a check in hand ready to be exchanged. They got her in a car that LOOKED nice but was super mechanically flawed (Bad wiring, leakage). The car needed to be brought back three times for repairs and when asked why the hassle was told they don't communicate with the service department (Which is the building behind them). They didn't want to refund us after we stated we no longer want this car or anything from this dealership (no trust). Forced us to reason with them when we did nothing wrong. Obviously Money first is the priority over satisfaction of the customer. Was helped by Timothy Graham who isn't a knowledgeable rep (Stay Way! No offense) and the manager was even worse who backed up his outlandish claims about the reputation of the dealership (Of course). And whats worse is another customer was having a problem simultaneously. BUYER BEWARE! If I could rate no stars I would. UPDATE! Cherry on top - when they saw this review they called my gf acting like they cared but didn't contact her before the review …. And they responded to my review saying she happy … STOP IT. She’s a kind soul who doesn’t like confrontation but she knows she got fleeced by yall and She worries everyday if the car is gonna mess up again (would be 4th time in 2 months btw). Thanks for the fake customer service though, its comical.

The service department manager and a couple of the service reps are brusk and rude. Their communication and attitude skills do not reflect an eagerness to assist customers. They display weariness at their tasks of helping out customers. The manager is the leader whom I believe they get that reinforcement from thus the permeating attitude. And be careful when they try to add on things to your service you may not need. I drove in with the drivers side visor fully functioning only to have them tell me to replace it before it is unable to pass the State inspection. It was fully functioning as I drove onto their service station platform. So what happen? How did it malfunction from the time I dropped it off on their premises to when I received a call saying it needed to be replaced $$$?

I never can work out a deal with these guys always about full price on a honda civic. The only discount I get is about 500 off from retail price. Cmon, even toyota give me a better deal. 810 score and not a better deal.

I will always from now on buy a Toyota.
After 2 generations of buy 7 Toyotas. I can never get a deal to buy a Honda.

Salesman Yu is a professional and helpful. He knows speak mandarin. He is updating my reserved car at first time he was known. He delivered my new car to my house. Thanks

We bought a certified pre owned car and the checklist was very thorough and super happy with the service. Z from finance was also very helpful and took time to explain everything to us. Tim Graham, was very professional and was able to get me into the car I wanted with the right price I could afford. This is my second car I leased with Sloane and each time I came into the dealership I was able to get into the car I wanted.

Not a good experience at all. I paid (much more) for a specific car, but got a different one (much cheaper). When I pointed this out, Glenn argued with me and denied he did anything wrong. He later apologized. He then promised to order high quality floor mats for me as a compensation. He didn’t fulfill his promise. I can’t recommend him.

Salesman Jermaine was super helpful. He was direct and helped us make a sound decision. His follow-up after the purchase was very much appreciated as well.

Those guys go as many steps ahead to make you feel confident and comfortable. No pressure at all! Answer all the questions, even on weekends! Do yourself a favor, if you are looking for a new or used vehicle, stop by at Slone Honda and talk to those guys, they will do everything to make your experience wonderful, because for Slone Honda you are family and not a costumer! I was thinking to the salesman like I talked to my brother! They really make you feel welcoming and confident!

Stephen Milcarsky was my technician for the service. He was prompt with the updates and followed through professionally on all things. He is a credit to Sloane Honda. I had some major work done on my Odyssey and couldn't be happier with the outcome.
