Great coaching company! All of the coaches are awesome and know their stuff. They are actively trading in real estate, so they know the struggles we face on a daily basis and are ready to provide solutions and share their knowledge. I have done the accountability sessions with Laurie and now in my second spell, currently with Dakwan, both are excellent. This training has been a game changer for dealing with online leads and many other aspects of my business.

Smart Coaching has been ROCKET FUEL for my team! Randy is our coach and is awesome to work with. Dale has been accessible and very helpful whenever needed. They teach similar strategies to what I teach but if you know anything about managing others you know that sometimes they just need to hear it from someone else to get it. Additionally, they are just far more structured and regimented about the conversion training with my agents than I have been able to be as I am often going a million different directions. I think sometimes you’ve just got to learn to lean on others to help and these guys have done just that. It’s freed up much of my time to focus on recruiting, development and other things. HIGHLY recommended!
