The man who worked on my hair was creepy. He didn't say hi when I walked in.i just stood there waiting for him to acknowledge me. He even walked up to the front counter to do something. Still didn't acknowledge me. I felt uncomfortable at that point. Eventually took me back. Started talking to someone right away as I'm sitting in the chair. Then started doing my hair. Didn't talk to me but kept walking away to talk to that same person he was talking to. The whole experience made me feel uncomfortable. Will never go back

I took my my 8 year old daughter who has beautiful curley hair for a haircut trim and the lady didn't listen to what I said at all she chopped her off to her shoulders and I didn't want that much off at all my daughter hates it. I feel so bad I like it and I did need a good cut but why do some stylists just do what they want and not even listen to there customers. I will never be going there again also the re e was some longer peices I had to cut to make it even so it was un even to

Jessica Bainbridge (hairstylist) was very considerate as I had three children with me. She was flexible and professional. I was thrilled with the boys haircuts. It was a positive experience and I’d recommend her again.

Tried the place out once for a cut and color.a DISASTER. Not a recommended location for the chain. Terrible service, gossipy, and unprofessional. Not to mention, the stylists have not a clue what they are doing in their trade here. Seems to be a revolving door as well.

The guy who cut and colored my hair was personalble and knowledgeable about the service. The price was competitive.

I normaly drive to Pittsburgh to get my hair cut by my barber but I needed it done extremely bad. Harley cut my hair and she did an amazing job excellent hair stylist
