A big disappointment about my highlight! Although I showed a picture as a sample, my hair color came totally different. First it was cinnamon and after fixing it is almost orange now. I have to find another hair dresser and pay again. It would make a big damage on my hair. It is very sad.

Made an appointment at the west Walmart and came at 10: 30 place is still closed nobody showed up waited 30 mins and still closed wasted my time

Deborah is my girl. She always listens to what I want and delivers. She converses, engages and really enjoys what she does. It shows and always makes me feel great. She is very pleasant to be around.

Paula was very nice but she left one side shorter than the other. It’s not asymmetrical. I wouldn’t pay 26.00 again. Was not with the cost. Going to great clips.

My child has gotten their hair cut here many times and they always do a good job at the lowest price around. Last week we were near another salon and I suggested we stop in. They frowned and said, "the lady at Walmart knows how I like my hair. " They were referring to Lori. Since my child feels comfortable with Lori and likes how she does their hair, that's who we'll be returning to!

Stylist did a wonderful job cutting my husband's hair. She was super friendly not to mention we called last min needing a quick appointment and she got us in within the hour. Great service!

Lori is great. She listens and is easy to talk to. She does what you ask and is quick about it!

Had daughters hair colored there and the color never came out the color she chose. Also had my bangs trimmed and they were completely uneven. I expect better quaity if they went to school for this.

My hair was way longer than my daughters. I actually went and got a haircut and paid 20 something and I gave the Lady $20 tip because she did a good job. She gets 5 stars. But I want back not even a week later with my daughter who has a little bit over shoulder length hair in the lady that did her hair decided to up charge me an extra $11. She says it's because of the length of my daughter's hair. When I originally asked her about the price she said it would be 24 something. Obviously she lied and was misleading. I have a feeling she kept the money for herself. She did not get a very good tip and she is a reason why they are getting two stars.

Did not do what was asked, then, dry shaved my son's neck, causing a horrible razor burn. More interested in doing each other's hair.

Hands down the worst hair cut my husband has ever gotten. I had to at home re cut it with my no experience. It was uneven and like a curly bowl cut. So bad. I could have gotten my 6 year old to do it better blind folded with one hand tied behond his back while jumping on a pogo stick. He asked her to try to blend it better and she somehow made it even worse before he gave up and left.

I went in for color, black under, grey/silver on top. I was totally unsatisfied! My stylist was Jessica Howell and believe me I’ll never go to her again! I’m telling everyone who will listen

If you want a high quality cut and color, then make an appointment with Jessica Howell. She is kind, funny, and honest. Her talents are endless and she will not steer you wrong. She has been doing my hair for the past 11 years, and I will not go to anyone else. A true hair magician at a reasonable price!

I booked an appointment online. I received a confirmation email 2 days before the appointment confirming the appointment. Day of appointment, I go to the appointment and before I go inside I checked my emails and 43 minutes earlier that SAME morning, I received an email saying my appointment was unsuccessful. I called into the salon and their fully booked. Unbelievable! What is the point of scheduling an appointment and them canceling 43 minutes before said appointment.
Horrible service!
