I got a same day appointment to have my ridiculously long and unkempt hair cut. No wash or shampoo just cut it off And my stylist Mary did it. I vaguely described what I was looking for cut wise and she nailed it. And the cost was incredibly reasonable.

I love my haircut. I enjoyed my time at SmartStyle. Getting my hair shampoo felt so good. It's like a spa day. My hairstylist was kind, sweet, and attentive. I would definitely have her cut my hair again.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years. Steph has always been wonderful. Made an appt with her today for a simple cut on a wig. When I came in, she pulled me aside & said her manager had told her “no wig cuts. ” This isn’t Steph’s fault by any means; the fault lies with the manager who refused to explain anything to ME or show me any policies. No apology was made by the manager- she didn’t even speak to me, but many nasty looks were thrown at me by the girls (manager included) gossiping at the front counter on my way out. Regardless of whether this policy is true or not is not my concern; I felt incredibly unwelcome and will be taking my business elsewhere for the foreseeable future. (Really don’t wanna be the guy that says I was discriminated against because I recently came out as trans, but it’s kinda funny that only now am I being met with rude stares and service refusal.)

Horrible! I asked for a simple haircut like the first picture.second one is my hair before.third is in a braid after because the lady had given me a mullet.never go here.did not listen to me at all.

Everytime we go they mess up a simple hair cut. Patches & bald spots when doing the neck line, they used a product on my hair that burned my scalp. They said its to help with dry scalp. I was in tears. Didn't even ask me before she used it.

I always have been very picky with who cuts my hair because I had a few bad experiences so thank you Kayla and Mary you guys do an amazing job!
