Smashburger, Allentown PA

Smashburger is ALWAYS great! Burgers & fries are amazing! Prices are ridiculous. This location was short staffed. It was a very long wait in line. Also waiting for our food took a while.

Ordered two kids tender meals for the littles and a Cobb salad for myself. I ordered chicken which was 2.50 extra. When I got home I opened my salad container and it was a tiny container with a handful of mixed greens, one over salted fried egg and two little strips of grilled chicken. The other container has a tablespoon of the rest of the ingredients. The salad wilted under the heat of the hot items. I never got around to eating it because I was in such disbelief that I was sold such a tiny portion for a huge price. The kids meal looked better but honestly it’s over priced with subpar food… we happened to be in the area and agreed on this… next time I’m just going to wait to go home to cook

This is my favorite East Coast Burger joint. Burgers always taste great and the Smash fries with the touch of rosemary are the best fries. The staff is always prompt and attentive. I always make it a point to grab a bite here when I make a Costco run. If you haven't, be sure to give this place a try, I am addicted.

From the moment I walked in I noticed 5hat the cook was on the phone and sure enough was too distracted to notice that my burger was a double.
I had to wait another 15 minutes while everyone else was eating to get my order right.

5 star all the way around. The burgers are so good. The fries are amazing! Food is fresh. Current employees have great hospitality.

Ordered directly through Smashburger, received chicken instead of burger. Employee told me there was "literally nothing" he could do to remedy the situation, and proceeded to hang up on me twice.

ETA: The manager got in contact with me and made things right. Still a bit hesitant to order online, but haven't had problems in person. Changed from 1 star to 3 because it shouldn't have happened in the first place.

First time to any Smashburger and I’m glad I stopped on the road here. The entire staff was welcoming and attentive. The atmosphere was superb!

Unique burgers and sides, salads and possibly the best chocolate shake around. Sweet potato fries are a great option as are the Brussels sprouts that are good even without any of the sauces. They are a bit pricey, but are worth it for an occasional tasty change of burger joints.

This was our first time at Smashburger. The employees are amazing. The lady at the registered is so amazing and very knowledgeable about their products. The man that put the food in the. I saw him change his gloves and wash his hands after every order. We were so impressed. This burger place is amazing

Nice burger restaurant with good burgers and great milkshakes. Their Eclipse Dairy Free milkshakes are great as well. Online ordering was easy but it was a bit hectic picking up said order because it seemed like half the customers ordered the same way.

First visit: Burger took 45 minutes when restaurant was empty
Second visit: Payment system was down and couldn't order food.
Expensive food and small portions.

I went in today around 11: 45-12: 15ish and got a classic smash and a BBQ bacon smash and they both were over cooked and less than mediocre burgers! Was very disappointed with your company today and threw it out wasting money!

The place was dirty, could not see the prices on the menu board, written too small, burger made too sloppy ingredients falling out, tables not cleaned off, not enough help, waited too long to eat, would not go back.

Well for starters the food is way way way over priced!
And the food wasn't any better than what I can get at Berger King or Wendy's.
The girls you have working there should be able to tell me what comes on the berger but they can't, some training is in order.
What I got was not worth $17.15 plus tip
Here is a tip: never plug a toaster in and take it in the bathtub with you.

Great food and fantastic staff. Hailey took our order. She was very patient and extremely sweet. We don't come here a lot so we didn't know what to order. She was very helpful and offered great suggestions. I never met someone so kind before. Hailey was very professional and definitely a good choice to have up front representing the company. Our food came out exactly the way we ordered and in a timely manner. Great staff overall in this location. Food tasted fresh and was very delicious. Definitely will be back again.

Cool place, big shoutout to the manager Trevor for making sure we were good and going the extra mile!

After an unsuccessful attempt at ordering from a food truck (can this craze be over now please?) we ended up at this Smashburger location. Trevor took care of us and he was fantastic! They were short in the kitchen so he cooked our food as well as brought it out. Fresh hot burgers and fries, great service, came back to check on us multiple times, was funny and nice. Big ups to Trevor.

Fresh made burgers every time. All made to order. The shakes are crazy good. The fries and tots are seasoned to perfection. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

They close @10pm.got there @ 915 and they said they were no longer taking order and were closed. What a disappointment.
