Smile Exchange of Springfield

They are amazing at smile exchange, from the front desk to the dentists. Very warm and friendly. Dr. Needleman is extremely helpful and gentle when it comes to her job with the great support of her awesome dental assistants. All around wonderful experience each time there and I would highly recommend this place for all!

Smiles has created a phenomenal atmosphere of staff that take away the feeling of fear and the works with your insurance. What you are unaware of they will inform you ahead of time. See you next visit!

Everyone is very nice I was greeted as soon as I walked in I was asked if I wanted water or coffee They do very good work and everyone is very polite and professional

Today was my first visit, I was told what work needed to be done. The woman at the front desk was extremely pleasant and friendly. The x-ray tech (I think) was just as pleasant, It felt as though I knew her, then the dentist was friendly and nice. He wasn't "stuffy". There was a slight annoyance of being left in the room with no instruction by the dental assistant but as soon as the other staff realized they all apologized and were genuinely concerned, this is my new dental office.

The staff is so welcoming the moment you walk in. Clean facility and comfortable setting. The X-ray techs, the hygienist and the dentist are all so kind and professional. Makes your experience relaxed and enjoyable. Great plan options for those without insurance.
