Smithfield-Liberty Garage reviews
11This is insane! We've been sitting for 30 minutes trying to get out of this garage! We are on the 6th level and haven't moved an inch! They know its game day so what is the real problem? This is unbelievable!
Parking garage is convenient for all sporting events.walk to PPG and take the Wood Street "T" to PNC Park or Acrisure Stadium. Walking distance to the Theater district
We parked here last night 08/11/22 for a show at the Benedum and I have to say every single attendant spoke with us and told us to have a nice evening or said good evening ladies. Wanted to make sure someone know that they have GREAT employees! Thank you for making the effort.
I parked at this garage the evening of June 9. For a couple of minor issues two parking lot attendants could not have been nicer, more helpful. Honestly, not what I expected but pleasantly surprised and grateful
This place is reasonably priced, safe and secure! It’s a nice location, not far away from all the good spots!
Nicely kept and clean garage. Easy to pay when getting ready to leave. I did have to laugh when the garage worker who sat and supervised the pay to leave machines was completely obvious when checking out the girls who had been out drinking heavily. He wasn't hiding it.
Its a parking garage, thats about what you can expect. Prices are reasonable and right in heart of downtown.
One of my favorite garages in the city! Easy to get in and out of and always has spots available. Decently priced as well. The employees are also kind and helpful.
The attendant swore at me and didn’t tell me there was an ATM in the lobby when their credit card machine went down, instead telling me I should have had cash on me, and doing nothing to help me pay and leave. The manager called me a liar and said it was my fault that I had difficulty leaving the garage, accusing me of wanting to park for free despite my multiple attempts to pay for parking. Why would anyone feel safe in this garage, with attendants and staff like this?
While a bit dated, this garage is a great place to park in downtown Pittsburgh. Close to the convention center and the Cultural District. I park there free the free charging!
I park here because it is convenient. Easy to get to from the freeway even though I KNOW it will be very expensive. But So is every parking place downtown. Especially those that are not exposed to the elements and where I can trust with my car. I can walk here and safely walk my loved ones from the theater without the going through all the downtown traffic and easily exit back to the freeway. A challenge to navigate the structure so take your time, read the signs, and you'll be okay.
