18On my way to work I noticed my tire pressure light came on. I pulled into this service center hoping to get air in my tire. The gentleman behind the desk was very kind. He offered to put air in my tire and asked if I had time he could check to see if it had a leak. I left my car in his care, as my work was in walking distance. He called and shared with me some other things he found wrong with the car and asked if I want to have the work done. I highly recommend Smith Auto Service Center they really went the extra mile to help someone who was not even their regular customer!
My husband and I trust Smith’s Auto and we go to them anytime our vehicles need work or an oil change. Ken and Scott helped us most recently and were helpful in considering my questions and concerns. They take great care of our vehicles and we are glad to have them as our go-to auto center.
The staff here is friendly, knowledgeable, and fast! They did a great job with my car, I will definitely be back.

They say doctors make the worst patients. Im a satisfactory parts replacer with experience in auto parts customer service, retail and commercial. When I need a mechanic, it’s probably a diagnostic job. Major PItA.
I brought in an electrical issue. Up front was a big green flag that there was a limit to what they could do for me. Automotive Electrician is becoming an increasingly complete career path. Communication remained excellent on their part, and I think they even took care of a first time customer to minimize escalation of discussed prices as the job dragged on.
These guys are life savers! They got my car up to snuff for the safety and emissions test, and talked me through the repair process during. Very down to earth, very professional. Definately coming bacl, thanks guys!
Very professional organization. Excellent Front End representatives who explain everything and fully while looking you in the eye. Ken is particularly knowledgeable about everything mechanical and Kevin is willing to go the extra mile to help. Reasonably priced with quality service. These folks definitely have my business.

I would highly recommend Smith’s Auto Shop! I received excellent customer service. They were knowledgeable and professional. The service was great. I was kept informed about all the repairs, the cost, and the time frame needed for the work to be done. True to their word my vehicle was done on time and the cost was exactly what they quoted me. Good quality service all around.

The service here is absolutely unparalleled: To begin, my last minute request to get inspected just a couple days before my state expiration was met with nothing but compassion and accommodation. When my work schedule changed, they immediately offered me a loaner car so as not to make me choose between cancelling my appointment and satisfying my work demands. When I actually was at the shop it was realized I had failed to renew my registration, and without judgement or pause they assisted me in getting up to date on the spot. There there was incredible consideration and thoughtfulness added to this already supportive customer experience: my registration and insurance holder was falling apart, they kindly replaced it without my even asking. It was very cold that morning, and they warmed up their loaner car for me. Aside from this lovely administrative experience served with a smile, the quality of inspection of my car was the best I have ever received. They were incredibly thorough and walked me through exactly what was needed versus recommended, were transparent about pricing, and answered all of my questions. When I left they had me knowing, rather than guessing, that I was in good hands and could confidently understand where I stood on safety and function with my decade-old, city-battered car. They went above and beyond to hunt for the parts my car required to make sure I could get what was needed as fast as possible. Their prices are inarguably reasonable and fair (and astoundingly lower than others). I am very grateful to have found this gem of an auto center. 100% recommend!
Great customer service! Ken was very friendly and listened carefully to the details of my car trouble.to They were able to fit me in when I needed. My repairs were done timely to fit my schedule. The communication was excellent. I have an older vehicle that really needs TLC and this is the place. Thank you, Ken!
Ken was great getting my vehicle inspected. Fast professional service. Also in walking distance to some nice great breakfast spots if you want to grab a bite to eat while you wait. Highly recommend.

Nice staff, appears to be a nice facility. My $87.53 frustration (plus time lost) : They mailed me an "inspection due" card, so I scheduled it, and dropped the vehicle. Was told it failed for a few reasons, but they couldn't perform the service work. Their vehicle lift apparently cannot accommodate my size truck, so they suggested I take it elsewhere to get the work done and then bring it back, they'd install the stickers after confirming the repairs. 1) Knowing my vehicle, why schedule an inspection when (should there be a fixed needed) you cannot do the work. 2) Where I did take the truck had a difference of inspection opinion, so how would that have worked when I brought it back for the stickers? Probably is a decent place for autos, perhaps large vehicles ISN'T their forte. For me.wasted time and money.
