I needed some front end work done on my 2020 Acura RDX. Several auto body shops I called couldn't take my car for over a month, but SMK Auto took me in a day! Tom listened carefully and asked good questions, worked with my insurance, and moved the repair along in a timely but thorough manner. In fact, Tom discovered several items that needed repair attention that the insurance estimator missed! I initially received about $1,500 from insurance, but by the time the repair was complete, the total was closer to $4,000 - all (but my deductible) paid by insurance. A day after I picked up my car I *THOUGHT* there was a minor issue, so I called Tom. He had me bring the car right over and he took care of it (it was very minor).
Their shop is an unassuming building - not much to look at compared to some large dealership buildings - but their work is comparable. My guess is that Tom and his partners have much experience working with larger shops and is now working for himself. He seems very experienced in his craft and in interacting with insurance on his client's behalf.
I was 100% pleased with SMK Auto and the job they did for me and would use them again.

The absolute best! Tom did an amazing job repairing and painting my BMW after a truck sideswiped me. It looks brand new! He was incredibly kind, thorough in his explanations, and communicative - not something you always experience as a female looking for automotive help. I highly recommend him to anyone. Had an accident right as my inspection was due and needed some pretty significant repairs. I went looking for auto body shops expecting the worse, having had poor experiences with body work in the past. The team at SMK Auto was friendly, helpful, and fairly priced. They explained the process, timeline, and potential variances in the estimate in a clear manner. While work was taking place, they took the time to call me to ask if I was interested in tackling unrelated issues, drawing my attention to rust in other areas of the car. In addition to body work, they took care of replacing my tires and brakes, and inspected my vehicle. The whole experience left me feeling like they really cared about me and my future with the vehicle. I have nothing but good things to say about SMK and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

I had an unfortunate accident where someone had swiped my bumper off. I tried calling 4 other places and either they didn't pick up or they could not schedule me for a quote until weeks later! I had my bumper hanging on by a bungee and didn't quite feel this was the safest route. SMK was the final and last call I made the same day of the accident. A gentleman by the name of Tom came to the rescue with his quirky yet humorous demeanor. He told me to come on over for a quote. I was ecstatic and dumbfounded! I drove over and out of the kindness of his heart he temporarily attached my bumper until I could get back in for the full repair. With his trust in me I returned to SMK for those repairs and 1 month later my car still looks like nothing ever happened. SMK even cleaned the entire exterior body and removed some sap stuff from a tree!? !? !? Talk about above and beyond ladies and gentleman! SMK did a stellar job. TOM you are killing it at customer service! You've got a forever patron and would recommend SMK to anyone and everyone. ~Pam

Tom is the man. Fixed my van again for a really fair price. This is my second time getting my van fixed at SMK and I was very pleased with the work and price.

Tom and his crew did a phenomenal job on my 98 Camaro. They made the damaged area look as good as new, I can't even tell where the damage used to be. They gave professional advice and got it done in a very timely manner. I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for quality service.

After having major body-work last year from Tom at SMK, I called him immediately when I needed to replace a damaged side mirror. Although they were no longer stocking them, Tom found me one and put it on. Tom quoted a price and date for repair and came through on both. Excellent job.
