Smokey Bones Erie

The waitress was not very attentive she kept forgetting things we ordered and took long time to come back with them and had to ask again. Ordered a salad and didn't come till after we got our food. Food was very good.will go back again

Reluctantly came to this establishment after 3 horrible experiences in the past and it hasn’t changed a bit. To begin my gf and I sat down and were quickly greeted by our friendly server and he took or drink order. Quickly brought us our waters we order a Korean pork belly pops and waited. About 10mins later the pork belly arrived, description says “flash fried crispy” they were a gelatinous cube of fat with a millimeter of meat. Probably zero protein 96% fat. Sitting in a quart of sauce a few onions and three small pieces of cucumber. 10 mins later OR FIRST DRINK ARRIVED. Drinks showed up i asked for an old fashion without maple syrup and they gave me maple flavored knob creek with a bug in it. Outta the three drinks we got i believe I’m now diabetic. There’s no way the majority of people like them it’s that sweet. Witnessed 3 full rack of rib meals sent back to the kitchen and that was without paying attention. Now 4 racks. The garnished my meal with the actual outside of an onion. And littered the exterior all through the meal that i had to fight not to choke on the whole meal. A 18 dollar nacho was the best looking meal and there was maybe 2oz’s of pork on it. Also my macaroni came out cold cold but they said they’d bring a fresh one and brought my same one back missing scoop and all so hot they dried the cheese into plastic.

We walked in asked if we could eat at the bar.she said surely enjoy. Sat at the Bar and waiting and waiting to get someones attention (two older gentlemen were talking looked over once OR twice at us from behind the bar) Could not deal anymore with the poor customer service. WE LEFT

Delicious BBQ! The beef brisket is amazing, and I really like the selection of sauces. It's not super expensive, but the portions could be bigger.

Ended up here because the Outback dining room was closed. Very good selection and great food even for those not interested in bbq!

There were 3 of us and we had what they call the bone fire. It had wings, ribs, steak, potato wedges and peppers and onions. It was delicious. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Went there for the 1st time.it was not what we expected, since not a lot of people were there (Halloween and all) we thought it'd have better service.they were nice enough, but you could tell they were ready to leave.how so? She told us, per the kitchen, to kindly hurry since once we ordered the kitchen staff would close and clean up.she told us this at 9.30pm and the restaurant closes at 12am. I get it was a slow night, but just could've approached it differently.

Will I go back? Not very likely.

The meat was a bit over cooked.my friend was cutting off charred pieces from her rib plate.

Had a great night at Smokey Bones Sunday. Our server Rachel b was awesome the food was good. Even the manager wheels was awesome. Thanks again.

Great food and service. Told we wouldnt be seated for 40 minutes, sat at the bar and Wheelz took our food order with no problem. Try the strawberry dream margarita! Server Rachel B was great as well. Great BBQ!

My family had a spectacular experience at Smokey bones in Erie. Everyone we encountered during our visit was so friendly and helpful. Especially our server Polly!

Pauly made our traditional Monday night wing night the best was so far! Amazing service, food an drinks! She was very respectful an promp with our orders an drinks which she made sure where on point! Next time we come in I hope she is there again!

Rachel B was awesome tonight and wheeles at the bar made are short weight enjoyable. The food and service were great definitely will be back.

We just had the most wonderful experience at Smokey Bones today! We came in for the BOGO wings and were beyond satisfied with our smoked wings. Our waitress’ name was Polly and she was so quick and funny! Our margarita and sangria were delicious so thanks to the bartender whose name we were told was Tori!

Came in for lunch on Saturday and we loved our food. Our server Polly was so quick and attentive, we will always ask for her when we come eat here.

Usually good. This pulled pork had been sitting a while and was very greasy looking, though it was only 12: 30 on a weekday. Balance was good tho.

Food was wonderful. Only complaint was kind of a long wait so make sure you have good company Server did his best to fix the problem.

My husband and I came in last night and from what we saw there were only two girls working but we still had such prompt and wonderful service. The food came out very quickly and it was delicious! Will definitely be back!

My steak was slightly undercooked, However it tasted and smelled so good that I could not complain. Excellent service and good environment

This place is amazing! The Bone Fire is absolutely worth it and fantastic! It is so delicious! Our waittress was amazing too!
