Service was good here! We waited 20 min for a table for two but we understand lots of places are under staffed. I got the fried chicken BYO and my husband got the turkey plate. Both were very good. The chicken was a bit thin but the breading was good! We got cheesecake for dessert and it was absolutely worth every penny.

Was okay. I don't care for the cafeteria like environment. Food was good, waitress was friendly.

My meal was good. My wife's pulled pork was all ends and fat cooked to done and hard. The fries I didn't like tasted to much like the oil needed changed.

The service was the worst. Sat me down and forgot I was there! Took for ever to get food. Good food and the Manger came over and apologized and took $10 off a$ 80 dollar bill! I don't know about this place. Most other restaurants go out of there way for you to come back they did nothing. I got 2 free sodas! Bull****.

My wife and I went here years ago twice and was disappointed. Recently my son invited to take us to dinner there and they have really improved

The service was nice, the food was nice, but the utensils were dirty, we went there a group of 13 and almost all the utensils had dried food in them.

This used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but this will be my last visit! The server was very rude and my food was very cold. My friends steak was bloody and wasn't offered steak sauce, so when the server came to ask how things were. We informed her our food was cold and may we get steak sauce? She then said it seems like a lot going on, I'm getting a manager. He comes and gets me a hot baked potato but has sour cream on it! I never asked for sour cream and my friends never received the steak sauce! Never again

First time at Smokey Bones. Great food. Waitress was amazing. We loved the pulled pork platter. Cant wait to go back and try something else. Will be going back soon.

Service was good, food was not like what I had in Cranberry Township thought it to be pricey also for what we received.

I 100% reccomend the signature BBQ burger and the Mag Nachos. It was fantastic. Kind servers as well.

I always enjoy this restaurant. Summer peach bourbon tea sounds awesome, but was too sweet. Did not drink

Door dash order got messed up and I got someone else's meal I could not eat. Called the restaurant and they put together my order. Went and picked it up. The food was excellent. Will order from them again.

Nice place to check out. Food is good but not overly large portions a little pricey. It's a place to check out and make your own decision if you would go again

Food was awesome, service was great. Just be patient because they seem to be short-handed like most places in this new normal we live in now. The table, sauces, salt and pepper were sticky so bring wipes it gets a little messy. I had some pulled pork, brisket and four wings. Delicious!

Great food & service. Love the smokey flavor in most all the foods. Will definitely be back again.

We stopped by for appetizers and drinks for the football game. We were seated quickly since they were not busy, so that was nice. The featured appetizer, the Fall Sampler, was not available due to not having the pretzels and they would not substitute something in its place.so that was disappointing. We ordered the BBQ Mag-Nachos instead and the Pork Belly Korean BBQ Pops. The Pork Belly was REALLY good! Would definitely order it again and HIGHLY recommend. But, the nachos were missing the queso, BBQ glaze and cilantro. They were good but lacked in flavor and were definitely dry.really needed that queso. The waitress was very friendly and helpful.she also was very apologetic for the items they were out of. Not sure if we will go back again or not. Maybe another location would be better? Not sure.
