HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Placed my order for one smoothie online with a ready-by time of 4: 09pm. The smoothie was not ready when we got there. Staff did not acknowledge my husband and daughter when they walked in. Waited over 15 minutes - didn’t get out of there until 4: 40. Staff was rude. Will not be back.

I loved the smoothies! The only thing that I wish it was different is the fact that your employees are working long periods of time in this heat without AC. Today is 93 degrees and it feels like 101, imagine working at least 8 hours in this kind of heat! Due to this I had to give it 2 stars, do better Smoothie King! Your employees should be taken care of.

Horrible service, and rude workers, one trying to imply that I was fat and needed the weight management smoothie. First worker put no ice so my "smoothie" was soup. Second worker put so much ice, 60% of the smoothie was left in the blender and I was then given a cup of ice fluff. Then, they had the nerve to ask for a tip! A cup of peanut butter flavored ice that took 3 hours to melt into a watery puddle, an insult, nine dollars, and a 15 minute wait, for this thing. See picture. Would YOU pay $9 for this "smoothie"? It's the smallest size.

Would give this 0 stars if I could. Went through drive thru and only 1 car in front of me. Waiting about 10 min for someone to come on to take my order then at the window waited another 15 min for my smoothie. Absolutely a ridiculous wait for a smoothie.

I wanted to stop and grab a smoothie on my way to run errands. There was only 3 cars in the drive through. I can’t believe I just spent 36 minutes in the drive through waiting for 1 smoothie that I ordered on the app before I even arrived. It is also the easiest smoothie to make (I used to work there). 2 people actually reversed out of the drive through behind me. One girl working was doing all the work while the other girl was counting the register… like girl what? They also didn’t apologize for the wait. My smoothie wasn’t even blended well- there’s chunks in it. I come here regularly but probably not anymore. When I worked there this would never happen and I feel sad I wasted 36 minutes of my life.: (

It could not be more clear that the employee did not want to be working tonight (4/21). I walked into the store. The open sign was lit and the doors were open because they were…open. The employee told me they were closed. I told her it was only 8: 53. She replied that her clock said 9: 00…

Don’t plan to come here with a 50 dollar bill because their owner is too cheap to buy the counterfeit checker market and take the two seconds it would take to train their employees on how to use them.
In two days they turned down about a hundred dollar’s in sales from a regular customer!
Shame on you! There are many turned away due to not having a market! I called staples for them it’s literally 16DOLLARS FOR AN ENTIRE BOX OF MARKERS AND IF YOU CANNOT INVEST TO BOOST YOUR REVENUE YOU SHOULD NOT OWN A BUSINESS PERIOD! OFF TO YELP I GO!

I tried one for the first time Monday. I was blown away at how good it was. The ingredients are good and the protein in it is seriously top notch for a weight lifter. I will be getting one tomorrow morning on my commute to work. Top notch all the way. Staff was awesome too.

This is my favorite smoothie place, there are so many options to choose from and I recommend coming multiple times before you make a decision weather or not you like it there and get different flavors to try, you may find one you like. There is a drive through or you can walk in and order. There are also other options inside, like protein powder, cookies and other healthier versions of snacks. There are three size smoothies and you order it in oz. Anytime I know I'm going to drive by, I make sure to stop and get a smoothie. If you like strawberries and pineapple, I highly recommend the strawberry, pineapple metabolism booster, it tastes like a smoothie and find myself finishing it up before I even get home! Definitely a place you should stop by if you get the chance!
