Snapbox Self Storage, Newtown PA

Wonderful experience. My first time renting a storage unit and I couldn’t have felt more at ease after visiting the front office and having all my questions and concerns answered. Great and friendly customer service! Love the neighborhood! Right across the street from my dogs Vet!

Everything about this place was great. The building and parking lot areas are Clean and well maintained. Getting a storage unit there couldn't have been easier. They literally thought of everything and were very helpful and personable. Every detail was well explained to me. The unit was convenient to access and Renay at the office couldn't have been any nicer. I made a good choice.

I called to get prices and Renay was very helpful and provided me with a lot of options. I would recommend to anyone who needs a storage facility.

Renee was the manager at the Newtown snap box location! She did a fantastic job and provided me with the storage that I needed in an emergency situation and I could not find anywhere else. I am forever grateful to Renee and Herb wonderful staff at snap box storage for helping me through my move and taking a boatload of stress off of my conscience. They did a fantastic job providing me with continuous space and communication and they even did a great job with my billing to. I am forever grateful and I will come back at any time whenever I need storage in the future and I will also refer them everywhere!

I rented a truck through Snapbox Self Storage Newtown for a short, round-trip truck rental. Renee was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. She helped exchange the first truck (with a check engine light issue) for another.

Pam was incredibly helpful and took time with us an showed various units and making signing up smooth. I have used Snapbox a number of times and always a good experience, clean units and level complex with gated security and cameras. Thank you

Janice was excellent from start to finish. Had a brand new truck requested 12 ft and got 16 ft no extra cost. Great gas mileage on truck for 160 mile move.

Originally tried to rent from U Haul terrible service long wait times misleading rates. Low daily high mileage rates. Requested truck at Yardley they told me had to pick up truck in Trenton.

Very clean, elevators if needed, a flat plat form to load your stuff on, the staff is outstanding always available if needed, office is very clean. I do recommend this place.

Great experience. Pam went out of her way to show us around the property. Pam stayed beyond closing to get us set up with our unit and show us how to access and operate the entrance gate. It was a wonderful friendly experience with such a pleasant friendly down to earth. Pam is a great employee. Thanks Pam
