Called the office to change the type of service appointment that I needed for my vehicle and got told by the office ladies that it was "ridiculous" (her words) I was calling to change the service that I needed on my vehicle because the service that I now need is going to generate less income for the company. She was rude, inconsiderate, and short. It is not your customers fault that your company does not charge fees for things that it does. I am new to this area and this is my first experience with this company and I am grateful that I did not have these people working on my vehicle because they are more concerned about income then quality of service.

I had my van fixed and back on the road in a couple hours. The owners were very kind and took the time to explain everything to me and assure me that my van was in good hands.

I’ve been going to Scott and Gina for years now. As a person who has only owned used cars and puts many miles on my cars due to my freelance work I absolutely trust them not only to be honest and fair in their diagnosis and repairs but for all advice on buying and maintaining vehicles. When you have a good mechanic (like a good doctor) you don’t make changes and just last week I had my car towed well over a hundred miles because I didn’t want anybody but Scott to diagnose what the problem was. They have also always made every effort to accommodate me even when I know it has been inconvenient for them. I anticipate having a friendly working relationship with SNG for many years to come.

Great fast service, i called at 9am took my car at 10am, they did my oil change, inspection, rotated tires, and had my car ready so i could make it to work at 3pm. Thank you for all your help and great service.
