Charge my debit card twice, then denied it when I went back even tho I was showing her both transactions on my bank account. I called my bank while I was there to confirm the charges and hand her the phone so the bank operator can explain to her that in fact my account was charge twice, but she still denied it. Now I have to go tru a claim with my bank so the bank can retrieve the money from kicks USA. But the money won't be available in my account for 10 days
I like going here for my children and I everyone is very helpful they just never really have my size in a lot of shoes
