SNIPES, Willow Grove PA

Came here at 12: 41 to return an item and was told they weren’t open and that I could come enter in 5 minutes… the gate was halfway down so no one could enter. Maybe this was due to lunch BUT there were 3 employees in the store so they could have easily rotated and their hours are posted as 10 AM - 8PM. No where could I find that they should be closed due to lunch. So I waited and was let in after a few minutes. Didn’t have the original card so had to take a giftcard. Just struck me as odd that they were closed.

Terrible Service! The girls who are managers are unprofessional, uneducated, unskilled, and unethical. THE WHOLE OPERATION NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! AND THEY NEED TO BE FIRER ASAP!

Store doesn't have a working phone number, so no way to get ahold of any employees to ask any type of questions, also every review I see is negative and I believe it.trash service from snipesusa period! And some of the locations are trash service too.

I bought a pair of UGG boots for my daughter a week ago from the Willow Grove Mall, in Willow Grove, Pa. Mind you, first time at this store. We went to return the UGG boots because they were too small, we had the receipt, the original box as you are suppose to. My daughter only tried the boots IN our house, to find out that they felt uncomfortable. Not wanting money back just an even exchange to a bigger size. My daughter explained the situation to the cashier, who was VERY unprofessional & rude to her, even before my daughter could get a word in edge wise, the cashier she said NO I cannot accept these because they’ve been worn, as my daughter proceeded to explain to her again, yes, I tried them on IN my house and they were uncomfortable, the cashier had the nerve to say… to a brand new pair of UGG boots “the inside is word” Worn? …. How can a brand new pair of UGGs boots be worn from just trying them on one time IN our house to see if they fit. They were NOT worn outside, they were NOT worn for days, she put them back in its original box the same day after she tried them on, to return them the following Saturday. Morale of this story is…. We will NEVER return to this store or purchase anything from this store again! They say first impressions are the most important! Well…. NEVER AGAIN! This was the worst customer service ever! Oh I forgot to mention, the cashier she said she needed to call her manager, which she proceeded to lie to her Manager and make up her own conclusions, based on her lies, the Manger said No, did NOT taking into consideration what my daughter explained to her. My daughter was very upset at this point, as the cashier rudely handed her her receipt back and gave her a look like get out”
