I have been going to Snowball's for a couple years now, and my stylist Marlyn is wonderful. Everyone is so friendly makes you feel like family. I'm am never disappointed with my hair.

Had an appointment but left. I have never been more humiliated than my experience there. I was told that l couldn't have highlights because of my previous hair color.in fact she asked the entire salon if they ever heard of anyone who was able to cover this color. Went to another salon and had the color applied that l had wanted and it turned out great.

Absolutely the best salon ever. I am never disappointed with hair results and the staff is amazing! Customer for life!

I can't say enough good things about my experience yesterday at Snoballs. From the initial attempt to make a last minute appointment over the phone, to the very end, I was treated with kindness and respect. This was my first time here. My requests for my daughter and I during this appointment were not few or easy but Nina made it happen. She made sure that even last minute, squeezing us in, that we both left feeling beautiful and important. It is clear that this staff and Nina clearly care about their customers on a level you won't find many other places. Not to mention the quality of the work that was put in! I have never in my life left a salon feeling completely satisfied. There would always be something or another that I didn't like. Not this time! My 11 year old had the best day and loves her haircut and I am beyond thrilled with my bayalage and haircut. You know it's a good job when you wake up from a hairday the next day, look in the mirror and you are still happy with your hair and not in, what do I do with it now, mode.

Marie is a fantastic! She literally transformed my hair from being lifeless to full of bounce and body! She’s also detail oriented and always keeps track of what color and cut I like. If you’re looking for a great stylist, definitely book with her!

Randi is AMAZING. She always bends over backwards to accomodate my crazy schedule for appointments. She is so knowledable about the newest trends, products and color. The salon is always clean and entertaining. Everyone is super nice! Would highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!

Randi is the absolute best! Easy to schedule with - very professional - extremely friendly and easy to talk with - talented with color and all types of cuts and styles - her suggestions are spot on!
