Overall good service - took 10 minutes if that at 10AM on a Monday.

Aggressive about mask wearing - make sure you tape it to your face so your nose doesn’t show any little bit.

Talk about rude and discriminatory. I entered on entry computer I had a hearing problem. Woman agent would not drop her mask to answer as I need to read lips. These agents are behind bulletproof glass. I need to ask the questions to have answer with her shaking head yes or no.
By the way. If a person dies you can’t change their address so the final 1099 can get to the person handling their estate. I will have to follow up with the assisted living facility she was in.

The guard there is extremely rude and short tempered! The place itself is never overcrowded or super busy and the few times I went the workers were helpful. The guard is what made my overall experience unpleasant!

Staff is usually helpful and friendly. Answers your questions to the best of their ability, or refers you to a specific person who is handling your case.

Zero. Can not connect with this agency via phone. Call at 9AM and immediate disconnect. Try for 1 hour continuous. Same results. HORRIBLE and the Government just DOES NOT FIX ANYTHING ANYMORE!

Is give 0 if there were an option. The guy that picked up the phone was very rude and spoke over me. Saying that I called the wrong office and didn’t even help me
One bit. He said that I was calling him
For this and he has 9 other people in his queue. I will be contacting the BBB.

I called during office hours but got disconnected. I’ve read all the negative reviews before so I wasn’t surprised. So I ended up just calling the social security office main line (website) and after 50 minutes I finally got connected to a very friendly person. The lady was very informative and told me I’d have to fill out a form which she’s sent me by mail and told me go to my local office with it. So I called the Easton office number again and somebody answered this time. Very quickly and very friendly. I was pleased. After going through all covid questions etc.she gave me an appointment for the same week. I went to my appointment and easily found paid street parking but later saw they have a whole free parking lot. My mistake lol. Once I walked to the door a friendly security guy greeted me and asked if I had an appointment and confirmed. I then walked in, answered some questions on the screen and received a number. The wait was short. Again a very friendly and positive man was assigned to my case. Everything went perfectly.
All in all I can only say I had a great experience except for maybe the first call where I wasn’t able to get through. But besides that everything went great. It was nothing like I had read in the previous reviews. Everybody has a different experience. I can only talk for myself. I’m happy for the positive outcome and service I received. Would definitely recommend.

A big thank you to Jeff for explaining what to do in our complicated situation. He picked up on our call immediately. On top of that, we enjoyed our conversation with him.

I went to the Social Security Administration office in Easton on Feb 14,2022. I have my appointment and after I arrived home I realized that they didn’t return my green card and my son’s green card. Today I call and they couldn’t help. They just leave me at the phone.

It started badly with four disconnects from my house 'phone. Then I used my i-phone and was picked up on the second ring.so maybe it doesn't like land lines from NJ? Anyway, the woman was sweet, polite and patient with me. She explained the ins and outs of going on Social Security, is sending the necessary paperwork and made an appointment for me to do the paperwork with her over the 'phone. A satisfying and pleasant experience.

Impossible to get through. It keeps hanging up. We just need replacement cards and keep getting the run around! OPEN THE OFFICES BACK FOR THE CITIZENS OF THIS COUNTRY!

Making an appointment over the phone was super easy. When I went for my appointment everyone was really nice and helpful. I was in and out for the ss card name change interview in less than 20 minutes. Was a little worried it would be a pain from other reviews but it was 100% painless

I absolutely despise this place and every worker in here. I jumped through hoops to get my nonverbal autistic son on SSI this poor kid will never be able to work in his life. They overpaid my ex-wife and are charging my son to pay it back. Not going after her going after him. They want me to write my Social Security number and date of birth on my paystub and mail it in. So basically if anybody ever finds that they have all my information. My caseworker is absolutely terrible it takes approximately three times of calling before I have to speak to a manager and then gets back to me. And they constantly try to hold my sons check back. These people really need to find other jobs or be fired.

It’s really sad how this people are so rude to the public. Like basically we pay you with all of our taxes to serve us. But get disrespected when we come to them. Just sad
