Solution based has done many different types of work for me, including a boiler replacement, a mini split, and adding natural gas service to my house. The technicians are knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing or HVAC.

I used this plumbing company and I was incredibly disappointed. They were hours late for the appointment, and when they finally arrived, they had no idea what they were doing. I ended up having to call a different plumbing company after they left to fix the problem they weren't able to. I don't recommend this company at all.

Had an very complex and confusing issue with backfilling a random hole that no other company was willing to help with or look into. Called SBH and Stacy was very kind and friendly, we had someone sent out the next day during the time period we were told to expect. The plumber told us what we needed to do, the issues to look out for, went above and beyond with his consultation and we got our situation worked out before the city fined us. Very knowledgable down to earth people, we'll definitely be coming back for other plumbing heating ac needs,

Josh and his team (led by Mark) did an incredible job with our sewer line replacement. It was an incredibly messy project, but Josh's team showed up early and stayed late to protect the entire house from mud and dust. They started on time, finished on time, and were extremely communicative and transparent throughout the process. While other plumbers were selling me too good to be true stories, Josh was upfront and honest the whole time. Would recommend Solutions Based for any plumbing job big or small, they'll do the right thing and get your problem fixed.

We've used Solution-Based twice now - once for a leaking HVAC system and once for a leak in our bathroom ceiling. Both times Darren came out to take a look at our problems and troubleshoot. Another HVAC company tried to convince us we needed an entire new system immediately that would cost >$10,000k but Darren serviced our system, did a full assessment, and suggested routine maintenance in the spring along with a re-evaluation of the need for a new system. He carefully took the time to help us try to find a source to our bathroom ceiling leak and made helpful suggestions about next steps for repair. We won't go anywhere else for our HVAC needs anymore. Solution-Based is great!

Josh helped us revive our hot water radiator system. Saved untold amount of money. He knows his business and is generous with his explanations. A great experience.

Incredible service from everyone at Solution Based Plumbing! The hair salon I manage had a gas leak from a cracked pipe and needed immediate repair. I called and spoke to Stacey around 4: 30pm and told her our situation, and explained that it needed to preferably be fixed before our clients arrived the next day. Stacey went out of her way to get in contact with Josh, who then offered to come out that night to convenience me. After declining his offer, Josh came out at 7 in the morning the following day and was more then informative and helpful, and told us our issue could be repaired before 10am when our first clients would arrive. The two men who did our repairs did an incredible job and in a very timely matter. Quick and fair work, and very kind staff/employees!

It’s Christmas Eve, 10° outside and my furnace stops working. I called these guys and he help me troubleshoot a problem over the phone. What a life saver!
