Somerton Family Medical Associates, Feasterville PA

Unfortunately, my mother's insurance only covers her seeing certain PCPs associated with redeemer health. So, Dr. Tabesh is one of them. She is absolutely a great doctor and I have no issues with her. My issues are with the absolutely deplorable office management and phone system. Any time I have tried calling, NO ONE PICKS UP. I've tried calling closer to when they close 3: 30PM-4PM time, I've tried calling in the morning 11AM-12PM time, and I would even leave a voicemail. Nothing. This office just doesn't want to interact with people ever, even if it's for a simple question/referral like could I request a referral for my mom's yearly mammogram that YOU mailed a letter to remind us about. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone, purely because it's not convenient and the office system/workers do not make it convenient for anyone to schedule, to talk to someone, or to even ask a simple question.

Zero stars, this whole practice and Sr. Shen deserves to be sued for malpractice and reported to the board of ethics and lose their license to practice. Don’t waste your time. They won’t call anything over the phone at all but they just want to bill you to come in for an appointment when they don’t even have anything available for the next two weeks or so, then, when you come in for an appointment, you walk out without having any help you still don’t get prescribe anything or treated. Everyone there has a nasty attitude. Since I kept calling back requesting help from the doctor now they have blocked me from being able to call how an ethical someone give me the website to the board of ethics or I will find it my own lawyer.

Lately the office service has not been doing the job that the previous office workers did The now do not answer the phone do not give you your test results and they do not fill out the paperwork I really need for my Insurance Company. My fault is not with the Doctor but the office employees as the job is not getting done by there staff as I have gone to this office for 34 year's but is the worst year and will most likely be my last year

U say your hours are 7-3: 30 Friday but I called and you guys are already closed? Update your hours. Also it seems like it doesn't matter what time you call. Because they never answer the phone.

Unfortunatelly, the staff is terrible becuse their mistake I end up paying for my phisical with Dr. Shein.
Here is what happen; I told the associate that this visit is for my physical because I change insurance, and the insurance was requesting this phisical.she indicated that she started working with Somerton Family and that she was learning how to enter new paciente in the system.
I said take your time and I was okay, here is the issue because she did not enter that my visit is for a phisical; I have to pay for the visit.
I called the insurunce and explain what happen, the insurance told me to call the Somerton Family to change the code and send the claim again and the insurance will pay for the visit.
I tried to reach them for about 10 days, leaving a voice mail with my phone number regarding this issue and to reschedule my appointment as well; NO LUCK no body answer the phone or return my call. I do not understand the insurance is trying to help but these people tried to find the excuse for their mistake.

This experience is a nightmare for me, this is the first time in my live that I have to pay for someonelse mistake.
