Sonesta ES Suites Allentown Bethlehem Airport

This is the 2nd best place I have stayed at for a weekend getaway room was nice.big plus was the kitchen with top stove with 2 burners full size fridge. Check in was great just a heads up they no longer accept chime or cashapp cards there is a 250 holding fee incase you damaged anything on top of your room cost but its refunded after check out.services was awesome I didn't get the young lady's name that checked us in and out if you worked the weekend of Jan 20th to 22nd you are awesome very helpfull and the staff is very nice and helpful will definitely go back

I love the hotel but the front desk receptionist was very unprofessional. Upon arriving and checking in she grilled my id and card for about me 5 minutes because my Id was from Florida which I’m coming to visit my family for holidays I reserved a room with a balcony 3 weeks prior. I got to my room it had no balcony. I called downstairs and ask for the correct room. According to front desk employee “she don’t know why online it shows it’s a balcony room
Because that’s extra” I didn’t know that my reservation said other wise. She continued to tell me if I had a issue to call corporate they know her by the name Emy. I asked for her last name she refused to tell me.

This hotel was what we needed. Pet friendly and close to amenities.
The staff was great. The front desk people were kind and helpful. Our toilet stopped working and it was attended to right away.
The room itself was okay. The pillows were horrible. And the kitchen lacked necessary supplies for actual cooking. So if you intend on cooking bring your own stuff. Lol.
Also, on day one we were informed that there was limited housekeeping. So if we needed extra towels we would have to pick it up at the front desk. That also means that garbage was not collected. I noticed other people left bagged trash at the elevator for pick up.

But overall, it was a good experience, super peaceful and gas, food, and cvs were up the block. It felt safe and there was a ton of parking.

Sonesta ES is a great place to stay for a few days or weeks. Dominique was especially helpful to get me setup as I needed on my business trip. I’ll be back when I’m in town and it’s mainly because of her great service. Highly recommend!

Nothing special, especially for the money. Seemed to be very understaffed. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. No plan to return.

Really nice experience, has a nice apartment feel and just a nice place to relax, great air conditioning and pretty good wifi, tv has a Netflix, pandora, and YouTube option with cable included, breakfast is limited to croissants, juices, fruits, and cereals and such due to Covid restrictions as of this post. Pool is clean and open to all members. The staff is wonderful, especially Jaymes, he was very helpful and nice and offered great service to questions and help! They as well have a snack bar where your able to purchase ice cream or snacks from the front desk! Overall would come again for a nice place to settle down over the summer!

Went to visit family that was staying there and the pool area and the hallway smelled of Marijuana.

Nice Hotel, Had fitted sheets for the pullout bed and enough space to walk around. Complimentary breakfast was good but only expect that when it’s a weekday since Saturday and Sunday were just Jimmy Dean Bagels. Only downside was getting locked out twice in 3 days, but Jaymes was a big help on getting us back into our hotel and was there to say bye when we checked out. Pool is nice, and the exercise room is perfect. Basketball court is good, but the flooring curls up and the rim sends the ball everywhere but the hoop. 3 Stars is my opinion, but subject to change depending if I go back or not.

Since I booked with orbitz did not want to give me the room that I chose took three different room check ins back-and-forth to get the room I contracted for very rude told me I should’ve booked direct direct! Had to threaten to cancel & contact Orbitz!

They don't tell you that there is a 250 security deposit untill you check in 515 for two nights won't book this room again.

Very unfriendly staff completely dirty and run down hotel.
It is incredibly loud in the rooms from the street.

Everything is good, clean and tidy and comfortable. I just came a bit early to clean up the room, and knocked on the door at 10 o'clock, and we left at 11 o'clock
