Sonesta Select Allentown Bethlehem

We had a very pleasant stay in this quiet and clean hotel. Latoya at the front desk was fantastic when we requested an early check-in time a week in advance-she left a note with our reservation and also confirmed the night before with us that we would be able to check into our room early. Thank you for such great service!

Went thru Priceline. First room they give Priceline always sucks, no matter where you go. This time it smelled like bad cigars. Moved us quickly. Lovely clean room. Slept great. That's all we needed

The rooms were very clean and had cool wallpaper, but there was no breakfast in the morning. This I did not know, and woke up early just to find out they don’t serve breakfast-I was very dissatisfied with this: (

Very clean with spacious updated rooms. Very quit and accommodating. Close to good restraints. Noticed it was family friendly too.

Great staff, Latoya was a delight when we spoke to her about our booking and when we arrived in the evening. The room was great clean and met our expectations! The hotel was crowded but honestly that didn’t take away from the experience, like no loud noise or disruptions. It was good to see that travel was picking up again after the pandemic! Will visit again soon!

Nice place clean room helpful staff and close to everything also not located on busy Airport Rd so it much more of a quiet stay

No microwave in the room as advertised. Pool is "by appointment only"!? Gym has hours too. No breakfast or coffee. Clean room, but for $179, who doesn't have clean rooms. I should have shopped around better.

This hotel is perfect for a 2 day stay. We went to the theme park, so we planned for us to stay here. It had everything we need. I was traveling with my sister.who carries her OWN fitted sheet and pillow to hotels.because she doesn't trust the review! Lol dramatic I know. She had no problems sleeping here. Had a small indoor pool that you had to reserve times to access. And locations was great! Will stay here again! Did feel that the beds were a little hard.but not bad. Also please like this review! Thank you!

The hotel and rooms were very clean. The reason for the 3 star review was because the room was hot and the air conditioning would only go bit so high. The BIG turn off was the beds were so uncomfortable. We seriously felt like we were laying on cement.: (

Had a great time at Sonesta in Bethlehem, Pa. The staff was always friendly, helpful, and kind. Met a nice management person Peggy who really made our stay nice. Thank you from the Wounded Warrior Program, HSDA.

The front desk staff person was quick to find and process my online reservation. NOTE: Rooms are available for travel with pets. A nice walking area is available around the parking lot. A pool is on site as well. Use is available with a reservation.
The room was clean, neat, nicely decorated, and had a great swivel option for the TV mounting to watch from nearly any angle. Moreover, the bed and sofa were soooo comfortable. It was refreshing to be there after a few hours on the road. It's a very nice 3-star inn.

Stay here everytime I am in the area.

For starters, we walked in and the person attending us was completely frustrated. He gave us the rooms & when we walked in, the bedroom was not cleaned. The beds were not made, it seemed as if it was never cleaned. We were given a different room and there were no towels. The pool is closed which they should announce until it is open. No breakfast. No nothing. I would not recommend at all. Do better.

Awesome room, the only complaint I have, alas, all of marriotts are like this that I have been to, you have to use the microwave in the lobby, as the room does not have one

This hotel is grate. The staff is friendly. Our room was clean and updated. The room had a wall mounted hd tv.not one of thoes older lcd with the the stretched out blurry pickture. We had a grab bag for breakfast with some really good coffee. It was starbucks. No pool or gym but that's not why we stay. We stay because we want a clean room. And thats what we got

I stayed at this hotel last week and had a unpleasant experience from the minute I walked in the front lobby
The hotel has all the doors locked so you need to knock on the door until someone hears you
The doors have notices posted that the hotel is closed
Very confusing place is it open or not
I was giving a room that had everything removed except for the bed and a TV
Front desk told me that this is a Marriott requirement which was news to me since I travel weekly and have an ambassador Marriott status and have not experienced that requirement
That being said the rooms are stripped down to a basic motel 6room style but they still were charging premium rates WOW!
Also my room was not well cleaned even with less furnishings
They even felt they had to remove the do not disturb Door tags, i typically have late check out but now this became a battle with housekeeping because they continued to knock. I got defeated and just left
This hotel has Poor customer service
They need to focus more on training employees on customer relations and definitely need work on its housekeeping
I will not be returning to this Courtyard I found another courtyard off fRoute 78 in Bethlehem few miles away

My son had a baseball tournament close by. We were originally at a hotel up the road and after having a terrible experience with that other hotel, we were looking for another hotel at 9 pm. The hotels were pretty packed by that time with all the sports going on in the area. When I called Courtyard, the front desk associate was SO helpful and made it seem like it was no problem to help us out. It was appreciated greatly as we had a very busy day and were exhausted. The hotel is in a great location with dining establishments and Starbucks close by. The hotel is very clean. The rooms are large, updated and clean. The couch that was in with the King bed was the highlight of my son's stay as it was modern and "cool looking". They had everything we needed and it was a quiet, clean, and convenient stay. Very happy with Courtyard and will definitely be staying at them going forward for tournaments.
