Ok got there and looked like a shoot out was about to take place with police and residence.this place smells whoever said yeah that's the smell we want should be fired.alot of people live live there paper thin walls someone's cat sprayed and that was great.in a nut shell it sucked.

We needed a place close to Fox-Chase cancer center. They are convenient and reasonably priced.

Recent upgrades have the place looking great. Friendly staff the location is a few minutes from the highway.

I'm currently a guest here my room is quite nice. I have a walk-in rainfall shower with a seemingly endless supply of hot water. The kitchenette is perfect for those staying for a while and a nice work area with a desk and comfy chair. The hotel has recently undergone a renovation and will find them clean, comfortable, and well maintained. There is also a laundry, workout area. You have a little of both worlds, surrounded by a beautiful wooded, it's a quiet retreat area, yet close to the business area and shopping. I have found the staff very accommodating and kind.

This is not a hotel but a cover up for a mentally disabled people. There are groups that are frequently coming there for rehabilitation purposes of some sort. Long time residency for shady and hostile characters. When complaining to the so called manager (calls himself Kevin which is not really his real name) about a particular incident he tells you " the hotel is not responsible for what is happening to the guests " that says it all. (isn't the hotel supposed to make its guests feel safe and secure?). Very unprofessional.do yourself a favor, do not stay there! I gave it 2 stars for room comfort.

The lobby looks shotty. The rooms are nice but have quirks, the ice machine in our fridge did not work, the AC is weird it does not have constant fan and shuts off and gets super hot before it turns back on. Everything is so comfortable until you actually lay in the bed for a little and then it becomes uncomfortable weirdly as with the pillows same thing, their waver is ridiculous worse then a marriot or hitlon and it's a 100$ security deposit instead of the typical 40-50$. Overall I would rather of taken a marriot or hilton for future stays. A bit more pricy but worth it in comparison.

Our stay was less than stellar. Our reservation said that we had a handicap roll in shower. There was not. The night clerk said that was a general description used. I was told it was still ADA accessible. I don't like tubs because im afraid of falling. The bathroom door did not stay closed. You had to prop your suit case up against it. The popcorn ceiling was peeling.
THe AC unit didn't adjust. It was so hot! Worst of all, was the pull out bed had what looked like blood and pee stains.

Never staying there again.

This hotel was dirty and disgusting! I now know for a fact that reviews can be brought! I will NEVER AGAIN JUDGE A HOTEL FROM THE REVIEWS ONLINE! I booked a room for two nights on Mother’s Day weekend May 12 2023 to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from college and Mothers Day. My mother flew in to PA and I drove. I knew it was not going to go well when I walked in the MOTEL lobby. All I could smell was floral scents layered over the smell of a horrible stench. When we took the elevator to the 3rd floor (no more than 2 ppl allowed in the elevator at one time) there were a few disheveled people standing in the doorways. The doors were wide open. Once we entered our room, which smelled just like the lobby minus the flora scents, I lost my mind! The furniture was peeling and the sofa was old and dirty. I’ve seen better sofa’s on the street waiting to be picked up for the next day’s trash. I was even more upset with that fact that the front desk clerk had the audacity to place us in this room. It ruined me and my mom’s Mother’s Day/ Graduation weekend. I was so traumatized and triggered that it took me until TODAY to write this review. Please see the attached photos.

So I had a wonderfull experience with front desk (Will) this guy help me out like in no other hotel, he also refer the Manager Kevin will also be happy to help with my issue. I got to say, I made a mistake with the booking and these guys make it so easy that I will try to stay there soon.

Only reason for a 4 star on rooms is they are in the middle of redoing the bathrooms and some other upgrades to still come how ever the Staff and Management team are top notch in my opinion never had an issue been coming here off and on for the past 10-15 years when it was the Candlewood Suites at first.

This place was beyond terrible. Wish I had taken more pics. Dead ants in the cabinets, flickering lights, absolutely filthy rusted pull put bed. Which i can only assume was urinated on, never cleaned and left to rust. Old dirty socks and trash under the couch. Broken cabinets, old tvs, not a single usb port anywhere not even the tvs. Powdery substance under the cabinets, maybe borax or something.

Place has sort of a rooming house feel. Alot of "long time guests" walking around and talking loudly akwardly staring at you like your walking through their house. Wifi seemed to be dsl or something barely worked at all.won't be coming here again.

There is not enough space, my Son on September 8th had to call this home due to interrupting oh his Residential stay at Nivate in Quakertown. He was devastated and homeless as well as Me his Mother of a special Needs Son, we were welcomed the staff have been accommodating even spiritual uplifting from one staff who is no longer there. This location has been the best for Roberts Mental well being, until things continue to get sorted out. Thank you to all who continue to shows understanding support to Me and Robert throughout this ordeal.

This is a very nice place to get away from the everyday life and rest, relax & catch up on life & enjoy the beautiful scenery around you! A great place for peaceful healing, great staff, and Nature at it’s FINEST! Staff are the Finest I have ever met!

New owners/management slightly changes things but still a great place for me to get away frm the city mess frm time to time.
I really love the fully loaded kitchens

location for me good being very quite in evening (no road traffic sounds). Welsh rd/dresher rd (1/2 mile west) has a lot food place/stores; lukens park 0.7 miles east on dresher rd across from extended stay nice park for walking.hotel 4 night stay, the door entrance to left of main/desk entrance is not secure the card key lock broken so just open the door.my room was on 2nd floor seemed hazey but could be lighting.for 2 days a lot of fast food trash sat by the elevator & from observation passing people rooms might explains other's comments on bugs/roaches as something bit my leg in bed.i'm a slight germaphobe so i do bring disinfectant/cleaning products the hotel should remove all carpeting use hardwood flooring, change nightstand to wall mounted small night table, the leather chair was too large for area, post in room schedule date on when the room a/c filter removed cleaned.the bathroom needs more hooks for hanging towels, hand towels (yuck to laying on bathroom counter or over shower rod), a little more attention to light fixtures require clean wipe.
