Dr. Johnson is a great dentist. I am afraid of pain and cringe at any injury I receive. Dr. Johnson and her staff put me at ease from the moment I arrive. She has done extensive work on me including root canals, extractions, crowns, and an implant. I am 70 yrs old and was around prior to fluoride. Had many cavities as a child. As a result, many of those fillings have led to other problems. Dr. Johnson thankfully has found and repaired all of my issues without any pain. I am amazed when I go home and have no pain and have healed quickly. Thank you, Dr. Johnson and Hailey for all the great work you recently did on my extraction.

Wonderful office.the office staff is very receptive and friendly. Their positive attitudes made me feel as though I had been here many times before. Tiffany, my hygienist, was very thorough and gentle in her cleaning and explained what she was doing at each step. Dr. Johnson replaced an old crown that needed a root canal and was very gentle, professional and pain free. I was very impressed with the quality of her work and I have found my dental home.

After moving twice (and I'm still not living in the area) here I am, back at Dr. Crandall's and Dr. Johnson's 5 years later. I just had the most comprehensive exam ever with Dr. Johnson (Dr. Crandall is retired from clinical practice but is still very involved) I will happily travel the 3+ hours for their high quality of cosmetic dentistry. They make crowns RIGHT THERE ON SITE, not from a lab! They can and will match your natural teeth! People thought my real teeth were fake, and my crowns are real. Take that for what it's worth!

I showed up for my appointment in pain and miserable. I left pain-free and much happier. Thank you Dr. Johnson and Lauren!

It took me years to find a dentist I was happy with, and I can tell you that Dr. Crandall is truly the best of the best! His staff is also the best of the best, each being highly educated in their own right. I drive 2 1/2 hours to Dr. Crandall's office. I have had extensive and complicated treatments for dentures. After 4 years, the work is holding up beautifully. The staff are always welcoming and go out of their way to make me comfortable. I highly recommend their services.

I had a periodontal cleaning that was done so smoothly and painlessly! Dr. Crandall and his team are professional and pleasant. I drive 2 hours from Erie for my appointments and it is well worth it. State of the art!
