South Mountain Memory Care, Emmaus PA

My mother and I had an opportunity to tour South Mountain Memory Care. It's a beautiful facility with spacious rooms. Their staff is incredibly engaged and personable. Careen was extremely informative and helpful in providing resources and recommendations. Unfortunately, their price point was a little too high for us.

As I researched assisted living facilities for my mother, I found South Mountain. We went for a tour and were thrilled to see how the design made the building feel like home. In addition the staff and the environment were so welcoming it made us feel the comfort the residence must feel. When we were leaving we saw the residence sitting outside on the huge porch listening to music, talking amongst themselves, and enjoying the sunshine.
Unfortunately for us South Mountain is too far as we want a place where we can visit mom frequently. However South Mountain set the standard for our continued search.
