This is the worst towing company took 6 hours to come out and tow a car that was on my property! Cops came faster!

Owner Michael Otterson is a good and honest man. So if you don't want to meet him, don't park where you SEE his business signs posted!

Arrived quickly, very professional, and very friendly. Plus they quoted me $5 less than the first place I called. Overall, I'm a happy customer and would recommend them to a friend (they're my go to)

I worked with a guy by the name of Albert who provided what I truly consider to be one of the best services I've experienced with a towing company. They were patient, informative, and very accommodating with anything I needed. I would definitely recommend giving this place a call when you're in need of a tow.

Towing was fine, but when he dropped us off at the dealership (on a highway) at 1AM in the morning, he left us there. Our cell phones were dead and we couldn't call anybody. I even just asked him to take us to the exit that was in the same direction he was heading in, so he wouldn't have to waste any time and he refused to. If you want to be left stranded, use this service. Driver's name was Michael, apparently the son of the owner.

Used them to tow my disabled car, they couldn't have done a better job! The car was parked in a spot that made it tough to tow but it was no problem for them. They were fast (at my car in less than 30 mins), very friendly, and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Sean was not only professional but also patient and extremely nice! He didn't just tow my car but he went above and beyond in making sure that I was towed to a place could service my car. I also appreciate the guy that took my service request call and kept his word about giving me a call back as soon as a driver was available. I definitely would recommend South Philly Towing! They are good people who take pride in their work.

We parked in a lot that was not marked as being a private lot, a few were maked as reserved, the rest were open. When we came back from the Italian Market we found a tow truck in the parking lot just backing up to our car. As I went to put the key in the car and move it, the driver immedatly slammed the brackets around the tires and ran back to the truck to raise it off the ground. Once he raised it off the ground, he said he would not put the car down unless we paid $150 in cash.

Great Service! Called on a Friday Night and Truck waded through traffic in order to get to me. Extremely helpful finding a useful mechanics shop. Personable on the way to the shop.

These ppl are disgusting pathetic excuses for a towing company.there driver does not respect other drivers while on the road.they are disrepectful an a bad representaion of philadelphia.this company will definetly be complained about to not only the news and the mayor but also to the better business bureau.this company should be forced to go out of business and arrest the trash that is behind this nasty company and its disgusting employee's. Mark is the best when it comes to towing.he was right on time and tow me right to a tire shop.call Mark 24hrs, am telling you, he is the best.
