I went here for like 3 years and they did a great job doing my teeth. I had really bad teeth but after coming here, after 3 years they’re extremely nice. The employees are super nice and are gentle with your teeth.i recommend

They are a great Orthodontics place. Everyone working there is friendly and helpful. It's a positive experience. This is the York office.

We were patients of Dr Knepley who sold his business to Spark right at the end of my sons treatment. All of our payments had been made prior to their purchase so they were very quick in getting us out the door, but in the process informed us our appliances would be replaced once if broken. Now 6 months later when the retainer cracks from grinding the office manager, who was the one who told us originally, told us she never said that. Also when I called the other day, the Bethlehem office had to set everything up for us to come in and told me it was because the Lancaster office has no phones because of their future move of offices. Well, I’m sitting right here and they have phones, so I ask the office manager why they didn’t have their phones the other day when I wanted to discuss the replacement and she got an attitude and told me they always had phones and that the Bethlehem office said that because my sons chart was a paper chart and not computer. This whole thing is very confusing. I have never been happy since there taking over and will not being any of my other kids here if they need work.

Everyone was super nice & professional. Only down side was we were there over 30 minutes before the appointment and still weren't seen until almost 20 minutes past the appointment time

Most wonderful staff, so friendly and helpful. They explained everything clearly and have been diligent about getting all the info to the insurance that was requested. They go above and beyond to take care of their patients' needs.

My son came in for a visit and I have never met such a nice staff. Everyone was friendly and kind, it shows that they enjoy doing their job. I have and will continue to recommend Sparks to anyone.

The office is beautiful! Very kid friendly my 3 yr old comes with me on occasion. I have been lucky to get your staff to distract and keep my child safe while I'm getting treated. I appreciate that very much. The one and only reason you did not score a 10 is because EVERYTIME I don't get Jess to treat me something breaks and I'm right back in the office having her fix it. Jess does a remarkable job! She is very skilled at what she does and takes the time to make sure it's done right!

Was a little nervous to get my braces today 9/19/2017 but i got to sparks office and it was not a long wait to be seen as well as getting my braces put on very nice people there glad my mom took me there posting for my daughter Desirae Diaz

I really like Sparks orthodontist they have been very patient with my son who's autistic he has a habit of breaking his braces and they're always Pleasant and willing to take him for emergency appointments all the staff have been very kind to me and my son I love their work I would recommend them to anyone

So far everything is perfect - awesome staff made my daughter feel super comfortable during her visit - looking forward to future appointments to continue her treatment

My first interaction with Dr. Spark and his staff was very authentic! It was great that Spark Orthodontics worked around my financial affordability and need. My daughter is due for braces February 2018. We are looking forward on getting a great smile with her braces.

The staff at Spark are always smiling and friendly. They make you laugh and treat you well. The reason the score isn't 10 out of 10 is we waited over 50 mins for our appt without any warning of them being so behind, no apology or anything. I had 2 children with me, so that was not fun!

The dental staff is great but the reception staff seriously needs training. I was kept waiting for 20 minutes standing at the front desk while addressing an issue. The receptionist was condescending and clearly did not want to help me with what I needed. It was only one lady that I had this issue with, the others were nice. For some reason, the one I was dealing with seemed to forget that I was the customer and she was the service and that never sits well with me.

Spark Orthodontics was such a great experience for my daughters first visit. She felt comfortable and the workers were so gentle. The faculty were very attentive and the facility was emmaculate. I would recommend everyone I know. I actually will be back with my son. Thanks for the great service!

I really like going to Spark orthodontist because there is always something to do there, whether it is to watch a movie or play a video game. The first time i got braces, i was worried cause all of my friends said it hurt when they got theirs. When Spark did mine, it didn't hurt at all. They are high quality professionals that know what they are doing to help kids teeth become amazing.
