Spark Orthodontics of Danville reviews
5I had a permanent retainer that broke after 25 years.they got me in and and out to have it removed, all the staff was very friendly and helpful!
The workers there are very friendly and explain to you about the work.
I just went there today for my first time! I loved it, everyone is very nice and helping!
The office and initial information and paperwork give an assembly line vibe where insurance is talked about more than anything. However, the orthodontist (Danville) was super personable and very helpful in giving us different angles and possibilities which we really appreciated. Now as to getting to talk to someone via the phone (hence 3 stars, but this should have 0 when it comes to actually talking to someone), you are on hold for a LOOOONG time. Got hung up after 21 minutes, started over again and, I am waiting again, wasting an hour just to talk to someone. Extremely frustrating! This is not my first experience and the problem is that you cannot call the local office.
I have tried multiple times to contact Spark as my daughter was one of their patients. I have tried multiple phone numbers. The last call attempt was ceased after 58 minutes of being on hold listening to their ridiculous propaganda. Absolutely ridiculous. Someone is getting too big, too fast, and has lost the ability to properly serve their orthodontic patients. Typical of a medical business once it receives cash funding from a hedge fund group; loses it soul. Revenue over patients. To all who are looking for orthodontic care, find a local orthodontic practice, whom you can reach with questions/emergencies/advice, not one whose only interest is new patient referrals to fuel the revenue machine. It is now time for my younger child to receive orthodontic intervention. In concert with his local dentist's recommendation.take one guess where he will not be going!
