20Do not bring yourself or your children here. Will be reporting to every official office I can find. They are a waste of time and money. I didn’t even choose to take my son here, I was forced because they picked up my financing agreement when his dentist office stopped offering orthodontics.
They will not continue my child braces treatment after charging me for them. Now I have to find a new orthodontist and start over. We were NEVER made aware that if my child was not seen in a year she would be removed from the office. That is inconsiderate and unfair, and it hasn’t been a year since my child’s last appointment.
Edit: I NEVER received any letter from this office and was never told this when my child got their braces. This is false.
Had my son there tonight for what I thought was a consultation as you normally due when you are considering braces. Took forever waited 20 mins pass my appointment took my son to get exrays took another 25 mins. Came back and said ok thank you as soon as the insurance approved we will schedule an appointment and put braces on. I was like wait a minute don't I get to see n speak to an orthodontist and get a game plan and see what he has to say and how long he expects to have braces on my son? They looked clueless. Needless to say I just called left a message and told them not to run threw my insurance company I will not be returning also called insurance company and told them not to let it go threw. Never had an experience like that before with any of my other kids. What a horrible experience.
I made an appointment for my 9 year old who was complaining of pain due to his mouth piece upon arriving to facility for scheduled appointment in the reading office for 1120.arrived at 1115 and checked in and waited until 1140 with no response to, "come in". Knocked on door and was told the building was closed today. Was able to contact lead in office that I know who usually works in reading office and found out they were not in reading office and that I was scheduled in wrong facility (camphill) lead attempted to have him seen but worker in reading office was unable to see him and was being rushed for "lunch" after I had just left after waiting 30 mins.this huge inconvenience and inconsiderate after having to leave work and getting him out of school to then not be seen either way. I usually have great service.and understand things can happen but the tone of the reading office worker felt rushed and rude.
Refuses to refund the money I paid for a retainer that I cant pick up. Theyre “happy to help me reschedule” lacking the ability to consider a personal situation.
We are on our third child getting braces here and the team is mostly amazing. My bone to pick is, masks. I pay out of pocket 5-7k per child for braces. If you want us to wear masks during a time where masks are now optional otherwise in schools and most other businesses. For how much we pay for braces and services if you can’t provide a disposable mask as a courtesy to your patients, that’s very unreasonable. Every time we come in and ask for a disposable mask (because my family no longer has or wears masks per lifted mandates) the front desk associates have something smart to say like “this is a one time courtesy” with frustration. One time the associate at the front desk tried to say she could only offer my son a mask. I offered her a dollar for a mask and let her know if they can’t provide us a mask I can’t continue to pay thousands of dollars for services. We are paying customers, be prepared to accommodate your paying customers. Honestly I’ve seen customers come in with their own masks that were “disposable” but clearly being reused, filthy with food stains, animal hair, a customer flipped hers to the wrong side because the other side had chocolate on it. One dropped theirs on the ground stepped on it and put it on as she walked in the door. You’re safer and cleaner providing a new sterile disposable mask to your customers entering. Make the policy purposeful all the way.
These people deserve a 10 star review. Super friendly and helpful staff. They have been very workable with my traveling schedule and have done the best they can to fit me in and make things work! 10/10 recommend!
The staff is wonderful! They did an amazing job correcting my Daughters teeth! They come highly recommended!
Overall good experience with the actual faculty there. My only complaint is the that they told me my retainer would last forever and said I wouldn't need a replacement, when I asked what to do if it ever broke. I'm a heavy teeth grinder while I sleep, and it broke. After turning 18 they apparently throw your records away so I couldn't get a replacement. So I had to contact a third party website to replace my retainer after sending me an impression over the mail. Over the week I had to be without a retainer my teeth actually shifted quite a bit.
This was the best experience every. Staff was very Professional and helpful with all information. For it to be our first time they made us very comfortable and very educated with this experience. We love this place!
Dr Sarah was the best! She encouraged me to finish treatment even when I wanted to give up and have a space. She is personable and friendly, takes the time to get to know you and makes you feel like a million bucks at the big reveal.
I love going to spark the staff is really friendly and always make you feel welcomed especially Maureena and Kyleigh they are both patient and devoted to their job. Couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience!
The girls that work here are amazing, just great. They help me and my son with our treatment and it’s a great experience every time we go in.
I am glad my dentist recommended them. Very reliable, good service, professional, and always clean facilities. The faculty members are always willing to hear you out and work with you. Very polite and courteous. Thank you for working with us on behalf of my daughter.

Lots of nice people, very gentle people who know what they're doing. I personally had a son who was sorta neglectful of his braces and we had a whole year gap and his dentist Mayreena was very kind and understanding about it. We had a nice experience here and I will be bringing my other children here when they are older
I love this place they take you step by step very timing never spend more than 30 min in here. There very gentle and kind never had any issues my daughter enjoys coming and switching her braces color she can’t wait for the outcome and see her beautiful smile.
I like how they are careful about what they do, they take their time and are very gentle, they make sure you are comfortable, and they are very sweet, if you would choose and orthodontist place it should be Sparks.
Great place to go for braces, team is friendly and knowledgeable, my teeth look better and I feel better, I’d definitely recommend to anyone looking to get braces!
I have been coming to spark for almost 2 years now. They are always very organized and the employees are very nice. My teeth have drastically changed throughout my journey and I definitely recommend them!
