The atmosphere is delightful. The attitude between the employees and the customers is pleasant.
This is my 3rd visit. I will go back!

My daughter and I had an excellent experience for our first visit (gel mani and full set acrylics). The staff was friendly, the salon was clean and lots of options. We found our new nail salon!

Linda is great for mani-pedis. Extremely thorough and skillful work! Eyebrow wax great too!

They have Terrible organization. Don’t make appointments, they don’t care for them. They will make you wait or change your appointment without notice. After you already arrive is when they tell you. Not the first time. Not the second.

Sadly have to give a 1 star review, my wife and I have gone here a few times since the summer started to get various nail services. The quality of the work varies depending on the nail tech.

My wife got dip nails done on the 15th and the work was sloppy. Firstly, they cut her nails much shorter than she wanted, and secondly, they didn't layer it enough leaving in thin and easy to crack. She was upset and disappointed but we had a busy week and a wedding to attend.

After a week the chipping became unbearable to the point where it was starting to get painful. I suggested that she contact them and explain the situation. She did so first by attempting to write an email explaining what happened, but the email address on the website doesn't actually exist. She then called them to explain and they grilled her about the time it took to contact them. She explained that our week was busy and her dissatisfaction was increasing over that time period. Eventually they agreed to schedule an appointment to fix it and said it was going to be covered.

She went to the appointment and her nails were fixed up, they look great. Unfortunately when finished they said "I'll give you 5% off this time, " despite initially having agreed to cover it. She was taken aback and explained what she was told. The nail tech argued back and said "You didn't tell us within 48 hours so you have to pay" and at some point even said if she wasn't willing to pay for it that she wasn't welcome there again. They argued back and forth about it and eventually one of the other techs chimed in and said to give her the service for free.

My wife still intended to tip for the service, but they refused the tip, claiming that she shouldn't tip because she didn't appreciate their work. She explained that she did appreciate it and wanted to tip. But he kept berating her. She tipped, left, and immediately called me crying.

TLDR: They screwed up my wife's nails, we offered them a chance to fix it, they provided terrible customer service instead.

Cost me $70 for horrible work never going back! Even after complaining and them trying to fix! Extremely rude staff

Love love LOVE this place! Best in the area. They have a very convenient online booking system. Make sure you use it because they are popular!

Very good people, relaxing atmosphere and very professional, my mom is overweight because of a health condition and without any judgment, these good people helped her and made her feel good about herself thank you so much

I love getting my nails done here. I was going to get dip powder nails and I was asked if it was for a one and done thing or do I want to get my nails done regularly. I said regularly and they told me acrylic was the way to go and how it saves money and all of that. They are also very efficient and fast and so nice and funny. I love going here!

I called very last minute on a Saturday and they fit me in. Very clean nice and kind staff. They all laugh with each other and are really good at their craft.

I used to go here and they were good and reasonable. Now, they cut corners and charge MORE! Just want to get you in and out as fast as possible. They choose quantity over quality.sad. I found a new place and very happy!

My mom went here and didn’t “love” how they turned out but gave a second chance, I went here and I picked my color and told the guy I wanted DIP twice and he still did acrylics on me. And I was fine with it until the acrylic started digging into my skin. Not to mention staff were judgmental. Definitely Will not be going back.

Kinda disappointed, got my toes done and the polish started chipping off within the first 24 hours. Till about day 3 all my nail polish was coming off. At my normal salon the polish will last about a month.
