Spectrum Pest Control, Pittsburgh PA

We have been customers of Spectrum Pest Control for several years. We try to be home for the quarterly visits to have the inside sprayed. Dustin was our latest technician and he did a wonderful job, and was very professional. I have not had a bad employee come to my house.

We had a ton of yellowjackets building a nest in one of our bedroom windows and they were all over the house, which posed a risk for my husband who is allergic (and who wants bees in their house anyways?) He called Spectrum and Brian came within the hour, treated the problem in 20 minutes and gave us a guarantee to come back if the treatment wasn’t effective within a few days. We’re about 3-4 days out and happy to report that the yellowjackets are completely gone! We have been watching them drop like dead flies over the last few days and as of today, there are none alive or coming back around the area. Top notch service and worth every penny. We’ll look into more preventative measures soon, but we’re very satisfied with the service!

I had a very good experience with this company. The tech who came out was outstanding, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and offered tips and advice for things I didn't even realize was an issue. I was concerned about my pets inside but they had absolutely no issues with the treatment he used. If you want your pest issue handled in a timely, cost effective way give them a call.

Quarterly inspection and preventative spray. They are very professional and always on time.

Spectrum has been great. I called them after seeing a mouse in my house and finding droppings around, over a year ago. We've done quarterly treatments since and it nipped the problem in the bud. Now we called again for some nests on the perimeter of the house and again they came through. Very satisfied, and the folks are always very personable and friendly.

Spectrum very good at what they do. Service technicians very courteous and do a very professional job. I had Brian out a couple of times and always is friendly and deals with the problem at hand efficiently.

We called Spectrum to get rid of house ants. We were worried about what they would use as we have pets. We worked with Spectrum to eliminate the ants but protect our pets. They showed up on the scheduled service date on time and answered all of our questions. They worked both inside and outside the house. We now have Spectrum scheduled quarterly to do the outside of the home. But if there were to be any issues (inside or out), they will continue to come back until the situation is remedied (no added cost). No reason to ever change service providers. Would recommend to anyone.
