Good place to do a PM to your truck but they used to be better in all ways before be acquired by Love’s Truckstop

Do not go to this repair shop to repair the car, because the service attitude is too bad, the oil leaked after changing the oil, and then told us that I don’t know why the oil leaked，I want to give negative five stars if I can¡¡¡Finally, do they return him? Don’t speak English! I hope the U. S.government will investigate what they are? !

Came for change oil at 03.45 pm on Sunday, they said: sorry we are close 04.00 pm today. I driving 40 miles and now

Went in for a B Service and DOT Inspection on the truck and a DOT on the trailer. They were very professional and through. They changed all my filters no short comings in that regard. One complaint they do not have tire service at this location so I have to go somewhere else to replace a tire on my trailer. Overall a good experience. Total time once in the bay to start was 1.5 hours.

They said they close at 0800. When I called them. But when I got there 0500. They said they are done for the day, what kind of customer service is that

I was the next truck in two bays open it took an hour and a half to get in dudes were just taking taking their time

Hours said they are open to 8 show up at 430 and they are not taking anymore trucks and there was only one in line stopped here cause of all the good reviews pretty disappointed they weren’t honoring their posted hours

They always have right filters for your truck and serve you as fast as they can! I really appreciate their efforts making their customers happy! Good job!

No issues service was explained in and out good customer service i will be getting oil changes here from now on the drive from Baltimore to harrisburg pa was worth it.

Called to see how long it might take to get an air leak traced down. Was told that they don't do any kind of mechanical here, and other reviews say they don't do tires at this location either. Yet the website says Lube and Tire, it also lists Air Brakes, Air Bags repair. Very misleading and a waste of time if you don't call first and confirm the services you need are available.

Power went out I think they my steer tire have uneven pressure my truck pulls right now. One of the guys was asking his boss if he could go home during the power outage. While I'm stuck in the garage they stopped working on my truck and don't think they finished. As soon as the power went on they said I was done but earlier they said they couldn't finish because the power was out. They had a shift change during all this and the guys working on my truck left. The new guys didn't know what still needed to be done.
