Horrible customer service forced to donate to a charity and after mistake was realized employee refused to cancel transaction or help in any way possible very disappointed

We came for cold drinks.
The Viramin Water Slushy, did not look very good. Coke Slushy was good.

Super rude girl working Sunday April 24 th at 3pm she was obviously frustrated with it being so busy.but jobs are plentiful so staying somewhere that makes you such a meanie bo beanie is odd.

GasBuddy and speedway are the perfect storm to mitigate high prices on gas. I get anywhere from 40c to 30c off a gallon. These pumps are not the most high fi but deliver a great deal and are always stocked with window cleaning supplies.

I got almost $50 worth of gas at speedway and I noticed that they took an additional $75 out. I used my pin so since it was not credit they should not have taken out the $75. They would not answer the phone and when I drove out there it was because they were closed. I’m still waiting to see if this will be remedied. I will repost if I am satisfied with how they handle this. But if that’s all the money I had in my bank account at the time it would’ve really caused me much more problems! Very upset about this.

I went there today and they had no coffee made it was only 715pm so i wont be going here for coffee ever again.

Got hacked with a $87.charge plus the fuel charge I got. Can't even get that much fuel in vehicle. They won't answer their phone, either.

Pretty sure their gas pumps are getting hacked or whatever if you use a chip/card when getting your gas.definitely never stopping there again.someone hacked one of my accounts a few hours after getting gas and i have been getting numerous other hacks for accounts.

I gave this place 4 stars before. Unfortunately, the customer service has gone down hill and I heard employees using offensive language. On top of that, there were bugs in the fountain soda line. The soda is why I would go there. Very disappointed.

Very outdated. The staff are really nice, but that restroom is something else. It is bright white like you’ve never opened your eyes before. Don’t spend too long in there, lest you will go blind or think it’s the second coming.

Frustrating experience every time. The card readers take years and always fail at least once while the pump blasts loud static filled advertisements at your face. And the handles don't have latches, so you're forced to stand there and listen to it. Only buy enough gas here to get to the next station. Or don't. Running out of gas is more enjoyable than using this gas station.

They are only getting one star because I have to give them something. Filthy store.no toilet paper in bathroom. Three employees and not one knew were to find it at either. Rude employees. Need I say more.

All pumps were broken except one. I was waiting in line for a pump when some Mexican prepaid for the pump without his car there. This confused the heck out of the attendant lady inside and I tried to explain what happened but they still didn’t get it. The manager I spoke with on the phone was very rude and unprofessional about the situation. He had the poor girl working there all by herself with a line out to the door.
