The food was amazing, great flavor, and the crab egg rolls is a must try they was filled with meat and cooked to perfection. The eating area is really small I went on Saturday and it was really busy with only about 5 tables. I don't live in Lancaster but if I go back I would visit again.

Food was ok, they didn’t put any sauce on my steak and shrimp Habachi. The staff seemed wasn’t to friendly, especially the person working the register. My friend said her food didn’t have an flavor. It wasn’t worth the drive. May try again…Idk!

This was my first visit here - the food was very good, however there were a lot of other things that made this only 3 stars!

The main concern is that it takes so long for the food to be ready. I read a lot of reviews saying the same thing, so I decided to come when it wasn't busy, but the food still took long. It took about 30 minutes for two items, and there was only one other person in the restaurant.

Other than this, the place is a little unclean, there were no napkins in the napkin holders, and I didn't see any trash cans in the restaurant (and they use disposable products).

And prices are a bit high in general. But the food is very good. I got the po boy sandwich, and it was delicious. Finally, there aren't many healthy options available - it's mostly fried food. I do wish they had some healthier options!

I believe the restaurant is only run by one or two people, who manage the entire place. I think they're just short staffed!

So so good. My husband and I stopped here for lunch. I got the 12 bone-in wings with fries. The wings were tossed in sauce called crack sauce, I believe. Absolutely amazing. So good. Wings were perfectly crispy. My husband got the shrimp hibachi and loved every bite. Definitely recommend anyone eat here.

I typically don't write reviews unless I'm positively mind blown about a place. Unfortunately, in this instance I am compelled to caution other viewers from wasting time, gas and money on this establishment.

We absolutely wanted to love this place, unfortunately this is the first and last time we'll be ordering from here.

We called in our order at 6pm, and was told pickup would be about 45 minutes. We read the mixed reviews and gave the benefit of the doubt that they might be a little behind with it being a Friday evening. Got there at 7, told us they only had 3 out of the 5 items but they'd get everything out asap and make our 5th item free. They also offered a snapple for the wait. An additional half hour later we walked out with our takeout food. After our 5 minute drive home we open up our take out containers to cold, unappetizing looking food that I ended up having to reheat in the oven. On top of that we were improperly charged.

I'd expect things like this to happen when first opening not after the first two years of business. I hope they do better in the future.

I tend to stay away from the hype, because things that are new and shiny.expectations often tend to fall short and that’s exactly what I’d say in regards to spice kings. This was my second time trying their food, my first time ordering it for myself. I will definitely say the food is not the problem (as far as what I ordered; cheesesteak/crab egg roles) the portion size along with the price is where my distaste comes in. While I’m super appreciative for the fact that they cut my food for me, cutting it does not take away from the fact that they’re only providing you with two for $17. Id go as far as to say 4 for $17 would be a bit more appropriate. Would I recommend.yes and no. I’d say use your own discretion.

If you want AMAZING food this is your place to go! We've eaten here several times and I am never disappointed. The staff is always friendly. Lobsticles are well worth it, and their Hibachi is wonderful!

Really enjoyed this place. We had the Spice King fries and the Lemon Garlic fries. The Lemon Garlic chicken fries were AMAZING. The sauce on it is fantastic and the seasoning is so good. Also, the chicken was cooked perfectly. The Spice King fries were good, but they tasted a little too “fishy” for my liking. The sauce didn’t have as much flavor as the lemon garlic. They were still good though.

We went around 1 PM on Saturday and only waited about 15 mins. Also, the people working were really nice. I’d definitely go back for a late lunch again. It was great!

I’d give 4.5 out of 5 stars, but Google doesn’t do half’s. Definitely recommend it for lunch! Also, they don’t open at 11 AM on Saturday like Google says. They opened at 1 PM on the Saturday we went.

This is the second time having spice kings. First time the food was on point. The second time wasn't a charm. Food was very skimpy for the price my husband paid. Food was also cold also

I’ll explain why only 1 star and that was because the music was good.outside of that, terrible experience all the way around. I ordered my food at 5: 09, but had already been standing there waiting for my order to be taken for atleast 25 mins, their menu isn’t that big to have to look over what I wanted. There was only the owner and his mom in the kitchen, both had acknowledged that I was there waiting and continued to work orders (fine, I’ve worked food industry in a busy pizza shop so I understand that sometimes it can be busy and you want to catch up on the orders you already have before you take anymore) but after I ordered, once again @ 5: 09 I didn’t receive any food till 7: 00 on the dot. Just to be told that half of my order wasn’t available anymore because they ran out. Which is unprofessional to hand someone their food and then say “oh we ran out of the cheesesteak egg rolls, but here you go with the rest” absolutely not. I ordered 2 things, egg rolls and the hibachi platter. The poor platter wasn’t even hot. The rice was over cooked, the salmon was like no salmon I’ve ever tasted before (and not in a good way) the broccoli was hard as a rock. All I can say is, NEVER AGAIN.

To make matters worse, a customer who ordered after me asked for a refund, the owner straight up told her no. She explained that she had been waiting a hour and half for her food and she wasn’t waiting any longer, so she asked again for a refund and the owner said “no I’m not giving you a refund everybody has to wait over a hour, you have people in here that have been waiting longer than you! ” As if any of that is okay. He then proceeded to hand her, her food and then said “see I had to hand you your food in front of all these other people still waiting for theirs” which what does that say about the people waiting? It made no sense.

I’m all for supporting black businesses, but the owner definitely needs to tighten up. I have no idea what the hell he was doing for 2 hours for my food to come out cold and not worth the money at all.

Prices are too high.and wait is way too long. Change that and set your prices on your menu.food is good but the price and wait isn't worth it.

First and foremost for the cheese steak egg rolls and the lemonade, they were good pricey but good. I drove 45 minutes to visit this establishment I had no other reason to be in Lancaster. Visited this place with a friend asked her if she wanted to ride for some food after hearing about Spicekings from pennlive. When we arrived in this place there were plenty of people waiting on their food, there were also many children who some we would come to find out later were the family of the owners they were caring for while also running their already busy business. 45minutes after waiting on our food that we ordered we requested to have our appetizers because at this point we’re really hungry now. If you’re going to make someone wait 2 hours for food at least give them their appetizers to hold them over while they wait. People get really angry when they’re hungry. After about an hour the same people including me and my friend still did not receive our food and there wasn’t anyone leaving with the food they ordered but others were still coming in to place orders. We paid for the food when we placed the order and that is the kicker. We decided that we didn’t want to wait any longer for the food after seeing the cook aka (owner eating while preparing orders) we’re starving while he’s eating the food he’s supposed to be preparing for his customers (very unprofessional) I kindly walked up to the counter to let the owner know that we would like a refund for the food that we didn’t get yet. He rudely told me that he wasn’t issuing me a refund because I needed to wait patiently because there were others ahead of me, now mind you I was already there an hour and 45 minutes, and only seen 1 person leave with food as I was walking in. Paid $60 for chicken fries and rice Hibachi is what the menu called it, the fact that he had 2 cooks (including himself) and a room fully of hungry people was his problem not mine because he decided to openly run a food establishment. Needless to say after complaining he whipped up our order with sarcasm and we left. The prices are not listed on the menu (pricey) and the wait time is outrageous I will not be visiting again,

They arent open when it says they will be message them no answer call them no answer 45 min drive both ways for nothing

First time here food took too long almost an hour my fries and mac & cheese cold person took order while we were still ordering helped next person in line that he knew rude first and last time I eat here

Waited over 45 minutes for 3 fried items. I’d say they were busy but one guy with had enough time to eat straight from the fryer other peoples food and they had time to worry about what songs were on.
