Spirit Halloween reviews
10It's a chain costume store that is around for two months. You've been to one then you've been to most.
As a past Spirit District and Store Manager I was surprised that nobody approached me to ask if I needed help. Costumes hanging from packaging and on the floor. What really bothered me is when I wanted a certain item I was told it was being held. This has always been against policy and I had to argue policy with the manager. I also don't like the changes or use of space vs product placement
They have a phenomenal selection this season for both adults and children, much of which hinges on major horror/Halloween franchises. I included photos with examples but there’s plenty of interior decor as well.
Your staff is terrible!
The lady with bangs and all black hair needs to be fired. She’s extremely rude and has a poor attitude. I will never come to this location again. I was not the only person she’s ignorant too & this has been on more than one occasion
Got my animatronics both dont work light in one will not come on an the fog adapter for the soul eat doesnt work.glad I gave my money
Coupons dont work for door busters which is the entire store. Terrible workers not polite.
I love this store! I visit and donate every year! My one complaint is the lack of inclusive sizes; women are not all a size 0.
I was checked out by a girl with green hair. All was well until she asked me if I wanted to donate to the children’s fund. My answer was a polite NO not that it’s was any of her business but I was shopping for someone else with someone else’s money and did not feel comfortable making that decision for this person. After asking the same question again only using different words I began to feel a little uncomfortable but again Gave a polite NO I am sorry I cant do that. She then rushed my transaction threw my receipt in my bag and rushed away. I was the only customer in checkout. Not even a have a nice day. Now usually I would give someone like her a piece of my mind to prevent her from doing this again to another person not able to donate for whatever reason. I did not I took the high road and walked away. Point blank I will not be shopping at this location again nore will any of my other coworkers. Donating is a option not a requirement and shame on this staff person for being rude to a customer over a decision that was none of her business.
This store was beautiful! I was in there the other day an the staff was very helpful and all extremely nice. I spent about an hour in the store shipping and every employee I talked to was very helpful. I unfortunately dont remember any names but there were two employees who were extremely helpful. One was an older man with blonde hair pushed back hair who not only answered all my questions but helped me find stuff I didn't even realize I could use with my costume. I also want to acknowledge the cashier that rang me out. I also never got her name but she had blue/ purple hair. She was extremely nice and polite and judging by her amazing attitude I could tell that she genuenly cared about her job which for a seasonal retail job was very impressive to me. Thanks to these two I will definitely be back to shop at the Pittsburgh mills spirit.
