I had been looking for a truck for what seemed like an eternity. I went to several dealerships, but others just didn't seem to take care of their customers like they did at Spitzer's. Can't say enough positive things about Mark Montana, Mitch and the entire staff, everyone was very pleasant and helpful.

Was very pleased with Jonathan's help in trying to get needed parts for repair completion of my MKC. Jonathan made all the difference in taking action that I got my car back on Aug 30, versus estimated completion time of Sept 22. The wait for parts was very frustrating, but no fault of Spitzer, but of Ford/Lincoln

Went into the Dealership with $500,000 CASH hoping for a Lamborghini Hurucan. Didn't find one but found a nice Black Honda Accord with a faint Alcohol smell in the back seat.

The mechanics got my truck in the same week I called. They looked everything over that I asked about and did everything I asked. They even called when there was something questionable to check with me about how to proceed. Thanks everyone!
